Judical Watch reported today that a federal judge ordered Friday that Clinton White House Email be searched related to the FBI Files Scandal.

Judge Lamberth ruled that the e-mail accounts of Ex-President William Jefferson Clinton and Former First Lady/Current U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and many other Clinton Gore officials be searched.

Court Overrules Bush Justice Department Efforts To Block Search

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, reported today that a federal judge ordered Friday that Clinton White House email be searched for email related to the FBI files (Filegate) scandal. The decision, issued by The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, ordered that the e-mail accounts of Hillary and Bill Clinton and many other Clinton-Gore White House officials be searched. Judge Lamberth overuled the Bush Justice Department’s efforts to block the search into the heretofore hidden Clinton e-mails.

Judicial Watch, which is prosecuting the Filegate $90 million class action lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and other Clinton officials on behalf of those whose FBI files were misused by the Clinton White House, first exposed the e-mail scandal in early 2000 through its client Sheryl Hall, a former top computer official at the Clinton White House, who testified that incriminating e-mail concerning virtually all the Clinton-Gore scandals had never been produced as they should have in response to document requests and subpoenas. Another Judicial Watch client, former White House computer contractor Betty Lambuth, also testified (along with others) that high-level White House officials threatened computer contractors to keep quiet about the hidden e-mail or face jail and firing. These threats occurred in the middle of the Lewinsky scandal. The scandal was the subject of an eight month evidentiary hearing that included the testimony of top Clinton White House officials. The court is in now considering whether to commence criminal contempt proceedings. A decision is expected in a few months.

As a result of Judicial Watch’s revelations, 1,844,242 e-mail from the Clinton-Gore White House were uncovered. This e-mail has never been fully searched in response to subpoenas and documents requests from Judicial Watch, Congress, and independent counsels. The e-mail were restored at a cost to taxpayers thus far of $12,066,346. The e-mail, which is in the custody of the National Archives, must now be searched pursuant to Friday’s court order.

“We look forward finally to obtaining this e-mail after years of stalling by both the Clinton and Bush Administrations. Hillary Clinton was the mastermind of Filegate. She will not escape justice,” stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

I guess now that Judicial Watch lost it's case against Dick Cheney and extended their record of losing 12,597 cases in-a-row, They're now back to begging from Conservatives as they announce their next "never to be won" case against the Clinton's

I wonder . . .

could we come up with a fitting single word to use for

DILLDO AND SKULLERY collectively

besides "Toons?"

Toons is too cheery, too positive and too much of an insult to a wonderful industry.

I'm not sure what. . . .

Perhaps Turts INSTEAD of Turds?

or

"Narssi's" for Narcissistic character disorders to the max.

or

"Mach's" for Machievelli

or

SCUMSINC

OR

???

This is why Al quit the presidential race - he's got to get those missing e-mails out of the country.

If I remember correctly there were an estimated 89,000 missing e-mails from Al gore's files, wern't there? Anybody remember the details of that flap....? Clue me in -its a dim memory now.

um, how's that?

You can't impeach him because he doesn't have the job any more. (Thank GOD!)

IIRC, Al said they were 'accidentally' deleted, and his hard drive bleached as a matter of routine maintainance...just a 'coincidence' or something to that effect.

Wasn't there something about Al Gore's system not being hooked in to the regular WH backup system?

Those e-mails would be a great insurance policy for someone who thinks he's at risk of being Arkancided.

$12 Million to store the email? What are they doing, engraving the contents on gold bars? Lets assume that the average email is 10k (probably high). 1.8 million X 10k = 18m(k)or 18,000 Meg. A CD-R holds about 600 Meg. Therefore it would take about 30 CDs to store this. That would cost about $15 at the going rate.

$12 Million?

Okay, fine. First, who's going to conduct the search? It has to be someone with no political axe to grind, and a desire for truth, or the Dem destruction machine will simply crank up again.

Second, what's going to happen if "evidence" arises that Hillary! indeed was the mastermind?

Does anyone REALLY think the government's going to prosecute Hillary! for this? See above comment regarding the Dem destruction machine.

Finally, as you can see by the "keyword" remarks above, Mr. Clayman has lost a LOT of credibility with FReepers. Pardon us if we consider this just one more isolated press release that represents another cul-de-sac.

"The truth is out there....." . Unfortunately, Americans will never see it! There's some unwritten law that Presidents don't rat out previous Presidents. Otherwise Carter would be doing life without parole! Does anyone know what clinton's PD 25 was all about? No? And you never will!!!!!!!!!!!!

Millions of dollars were spent retrieving the "deleted" emails (networks are backed up regularly). Don't know what remains but emails do exist.

If Klayman REALLY had the goods, if he REALLY had strong cases, he would have succeeded by now. Is TEN YEARS enough to convice you?....Klayman is a FUND RAISER...he is NOT a corruption fighter as he claims....Two weeks ago I got THREE solicitations from JW. Two were in the dollar postage range, and ONE was a large parcel post shipment. The guy spends MOST of the money he gets asking for more. Did you know that he refuses to release the figures on what he spends on fund rasising? In TEN YEARS he has accomplished NOTHING save raising money and getting his face on TV.

Are the courts to be blamed for his imcompetence? Klayman LONG ago lost credibility. This judge he takes all this filings to has ruled in Klayman's favor for YEARS, and what is there to show? Klayman BRINGS suits to get the headline, then uses the headline to ask for money. It is a shame that a REAL competent lawyer isn't doing what Klayman CLAIMS to do.
