Exactly. FR Lott Bashers understand this is about a whole lot more than what he said. We are already castrated by the lib/dem media everytime we say something that could be construed as racial, insensitive. Letting them win this one will be the next and final step. The Repubs will eunuchs while the dems are able to say and do almost anything they want. When we try to force the same standard we will be called hateful, mean spirited.

I have heard him referred to as the Vacant Lott and can't say I disagree with given his leadership over the years. This is not the issue to oust him over. Those that want to oust him are capitalizing on an opportunity not really thinking about the future consequences

No one here wants him to resign from the Senate, just step down from the Majority leader position. There's plenty of other senators who should resign before Lott, but I think the Republicans need a better Majority leader.
