For those who believe that a WALL needs to exist between our outwards culture and the darker inward culture thisis very troublesome.

Between 20 and 30 students signed releases to appear in the flick...Let's see, legal adults, signed releases, and consentual sex. Other than forbidding a commercial enterprise on school property, there isn't a whole lot the school can (or should) do. This is a good chance for students to actually learn about individual responsiblity and consequences for decisions they made.

Porn likes the back door. Who doesn't!

I don't understand why there has been such an uproar over the Indiana University happenings. And Bill O'Reilly has really been on the war path over it. It seems he has little else to talk about lately.
If I, as a consenting adult agree to perform in a porn movie that is my business. And if I agree to have it filmed in my residence that is also my business. Even if it is a dorm room on a university campus.
Say there was no porn company involved and I and some other students decided to get together one night in my room and make a porno. Whats the problem? There is no difference between that and a porn company being involved. And if campus officals think what I described above is not happening on their campi, then they are sadley mistaken, idiots, or willingly ignoring reality.

Most women I suspect, unless you are speaking for some of your male friends.Just kidding- but this is all a bad sign.
Part of our increasingly cultural decadence.

LOL, I bet if somebody bought copies of the films and mailed them to Mom and Dad, the sparks would really fly. I wouldn't be surprised if this begins to happen, even if just as a mischievous prank by other college kids. Yeah, "consequences", lol.
Then someday, one of these college kids will decide to run for office, or teach elementary school, or get married, or have kids of their own. These films can have the darndest way of popping up years later. Yup.

Seen the Comedy Channels Porn and Chicken (an actual movie)?
I am a Dionysian at heart but know that a line of demarcation is essential.

Especially if they knew how messy the aftermath and that their daughters were not wearing a dress. If you get what I mean.
This makes the 60's look passe and advances misogeny.

This is a good chance for students to actually learn about individual responsiblity and consequences for decisions they made. Agreed. If they want to have sex on camera and it's not on school property, that's their choice no matter how stupid that may be or what the administration may think. Granted, it's not good PR for the school and it's not the best of choices for the students, but they have to deal with the consequences.

...if I agree to have it filmed in my residence that is also my business. Even if it is a dorm room on a university campus. I don't know if that would fly, at least at a public university. It seems to me that a commercial activity that takes place on school grounds (which encompasses dorm rooms, no matter who's in the room) would not be allowed regardless of consent and age.

I agree, the Prudes of the world will alway's think that they have the right to interfere in everybody else's business. These people signed agreements giving the authorization to film them, but the only drawback to this is 9 out of 10 cases of these
dumb@sses filming theirselves having sex will regret it later down the road. I have no problem with it but i'll be damned if I would let anybody film any damning evidence against me. No way no how.

Unless you were Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey: Porn star. He filmed adults raping children at Indiana University.

I think that O'Really was getting turned on when he was asking about how many people were involved in the sex acts.
