Why don't they demand that stretch limos be banned because they use too much gas and it's not fair that some people like celebrities, athletes, politicians, corporate executives and rich liberals can afford them but the rest of us can't?

It would be a real crying shame if similar acts were perpetrated upon the ELF members! I would really hate hybrid cars to be tageted. Fortunately, SUV owners are law abiding for the most part. I know people in VA, and these idiots who do not respect other's property will be in for a serious dose of WHUPASS!! I can see them crying now....

Beautiful! The drivers around SoCal with SUVs happen to be liberal yuppies, and they would be SHOCKED, SHOCKED that they have been identified as pro BigOil. If their precious car got vandalized like this, the clipped hair blondes would break down in confused tears. I'm not big on law suits -- but I would LOVE to see the SUV owners get together and bring a MASSIVE class-action suit against ELF !!

BTW -- we own a mid-size Toyota and a small KIA -- great gas-mileage and cheap ! With 2 kids in college, we can't afford a big SUV but I do think they're nice vehicles (esp. in winter) -- and most important ! FREE people should be allowed to drive whatever the heck they want !!

I caught a long haired liberal jerk trying to slash my tires once. The moron stood up a faced me with a weapon in his hand when confronted. In the ensuing struggle he got his hand stomped on repeatedly, his shirt ripped off and pulled over his head, and a couple of bumps on the head from kissing my pickup truck. I called the Sherriffs department to find out if I was in any trouble and they said don't worry about it.

Hhmmmm.....just an observation, but one could spell E-L-F on some dumb a$$'s chest/back with their own hatchet....Nine little 'whacks' would do it very well.

What a bunch of crap. I would think those speck cars are just as likely to be causes of fatal injuries - because they're TRAVELING at 55 or more mph and they're easier to destroy! D'OH.

They slash tires, which means they probably cannot be repaired and are then replaced. Where do the old tires go? So much for them being real environmentalists.

If they were really concerned about highway safety, they'd pass out leaflets letting people know they should check their tires a couple times a month to make sure they are properly inflated and do not have any odd wear or worn down to 2/32 or less.

Environmentalists should go after the mass transportation systems in many towns. Here the city buses pollute much worse than cars and you see many of them riding around with only a couple people. The environmentalists should demand they shut down all unnecessary routes and services at times no one uses them.
