BTW -- we own a mid-size Toyota and a small KIA -- great gas-mileage and cheap ! With 2 kids in college, we can't afford a big SUV but I do think they're nice vehicles (esp. in winter) -- and most important ! FREE people should be allowed to drive whatever the heck they want !!
The precedents exist, in cases against the KKK, where an action by ANY member of the Klan could be used to go after the ENTIRE membership of the Klan. The same precedents can be used against that other secretive, violent group: the ELF.
