Al still pushing the idea that we should finish off bin Laden before we go after Saddam. Glad he wasn't around during WWII.
Jay graciously pimps the books for Al. Gore rambles on about "new" families.
Gore to stay for the next segment with a couple that has been married 75 years.

He is giving aid and comfort to our enemies.
He just said that Osama Bin Laden and Saddam are ENEMIES!
Does that make one of them an ally of ours!????
What a fool.

Someone needs to put Al Gore in Rush Limbaughs arms holding him over the rail like Dashhole! Grassontop
To: kristinn
You know, his comments about the media remind me of the bizarre press conference when Clinton's press people threw together that paranoid document "proving" that certain "dark forces" in right-wing media were generating news stories intended to destroy the Clinton administration.
Rather weird the supposed adults in the Democrook party have picked up that line. I wonder then, who is jerking their chains?

I didn't hear the Osama/Hussein comment (the T.V. is in the other room), but it still doesn't bother me that Gore is spouting all of this. I say, let him shout it from the rooftops. Every time he opens his yap, we pick up a few more electoral votes in '04. :)
HA! The old guy says he didn't vote for Gore! Awesome!
Oh, never mind. He says he'll vote for Gore in the future.

Thanks. Leno did his best to help Gore while doing a 'Tim Russert.'
The man who's been married 75 years says he didn't vote for Gore, but said he told Gore he'd vote for him next time (I guess he wants to live to see his 80th anniversary.)

"I didn't hear Tom Dascholes remarks".
Liar.
Look at how he can't get far enough away from the older lady on the couch. A real fount of compassion.

I didn't bother to watch the whole show here in the east. I listened to the Leno stand up but didn't think I could stomach E-Gore.
What identity was he wearing tonight?
To: Gunder
Perhaps Leno realizes which side his audience is buttered on - 65% of his audience . . . certainly makes him more "centrist" on political expressions. Jay is, IMHO, much more pragmatic than, say Larry King. Larry King would not understand any of the definitions of "pragmatic" (Dealing or concerned with facts or actual occurrences; practical).
To: kristinn
G_d is he more boring than ever! My great uncle, whom recently suffered three strokes, speaks faster and with more articulation than Al does. Sad to say, but Leno was tougher on Al Bore than any of the rest of the pundits I saw him with. Man....I hope he runs again! What a loser!
