Birch Society shows its true colors--again!
Vanity | 11/26/02 | Zionist Conspirator

Posted on 11/26/2002 1:15:24 PM PST by Zionist Conspirator

If you go to the web page of the current issue of The New American you will see that one of this month's articles (not posted online) is entitled "Not a conservative victory," with the following summary:

The real winner in the 2002 congressional election is neoconservatism, an archenemy of the core principles of old-line American conservatism.

Well, well, well. Would anyone care to guess what the definition of a "neoconservative" is? It's a conservative--any conservative--who supports Israel. Looks like Liberty Lobby Lite is coming out of the closet at last!

Of course, there is the claim that "neoconservatives" are "statists" while "palaeoconservatives" are "libertarians." But like their Sixties hippie counterparts, they damn their own country for doing things they cheer in other countries. Do any of you actually believe that if Pinochet or Franco or Stroessner had built a giant computer database of enemies that these "principled conservatives" would have objected? They'd have praised him to the skies and probably volunteered to do the "whacking."

The entire "old right" is nothing but a bunch of Nazi, Carto-ite, racialist American M*rc*ry-types. Their ideology is "aryan racialism," despite their temporary and totally pragmatic Jeffersonian libertarianism.

Oh, and while the current Birch Society is attacking "neocons" (echoing their membership over at Original Dissent and the "anarcho-capitalist" Liberty Forum), the "true Birchers" who bailed out a few years ago because the Society had "betrayed" its original vision (http://www.welchreport.com/) are circulating a petition to get Congress to rule the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty was intentional (they reject previous investigations that failed to do this).

And to think I used to be a member of this outfit, the entry level "blue lodge" to the American anti-Semitic movement--the lying bastards! Little wonder they hate Fundamentalist Protestants so much!!!

I have a message for all you Carto-ite, Maguire-ite, Touchstone-ite, Regnery-ite, Yockey-ite Henry Ford-worshippers out there: get used to disappointment!

What is with the U.S. infatuation with Israel? What have they done for us?

Very simple. We have a common mortal enemy in radical Islam and a common belief in the continuation of Western civilization.

Yep, just like Pat Buchanan's "version" of conservatism -- no help for the Jews, and allowing free reign of Muslim terror. These "conservatives" believe that our response to 9/11 should have been the immediate withdrawal from the Arab world. I guess I am a "neo-conservative" since I believe that people should be free from religious opression and terrorism, and that includes the United States and its allies.

What have they done for us?

They've given many of our principles a precarious toehold in the Middle East.

I usually think the New American is spot on. However, I am a Zionist and a "PaleoConservative."

So I don't think your broad brush labeling technique is very accurate.

Have a day. HRP

Could it be our unequivocal support of the Israeli terrorist state?

If they are terrorists, then we must be too, right?

I'm as big a supporter of Israel as anyone, and I believe it was intentional. The original investigation was a whitewash by the lying Johnson adminstration.

That being said, the principals involved (Golda Mier, Moshe Dyan, etc.) are now dead, and it has zip to do with the situation now. Israel should go ahead and release all documentation on the incident to make amends and set the record straight. It might be politically damaging in the short term, but it would put the issue to rest once and for all.

That is not the question. What you should be asking is "What has God done for Israel, and what does He do for those who support her". Look it up.

Our country is great because it is good. It is good in part because of its support of Israel. Q.E.D.

Does it say that in the article itself? Or are you supplementing the quote you cited with your own "facts"?
