The task force set up to investigate allegations of passport racketeering is looking for two persons. This is in connection with the alleged kidnapping plot of Prime Minister Lester Bird, plans to bomb a commercial bank in St. John’s and the fraudulently acquisition of an Antigua & Barbuda passport.
Attorney John Fuller, head of the task force looking into U.S sniper John Allen Muhammad activities while in Antigua, reported yesterday that another witness, Keithly Nedd, has come forward corroborating earlier evidence given to the task force about a plot by Muhammad to kidnapped the country’s prime minister.
“This witness has categorically stated that John Allen Muhammad suggested that they kidnapped the prime minister for “ the purpose of getting a lot of money.”
Fuller said that they have “discovered another witness who has stated that he saw John Allen Muhammad and another person whose identity we are tracking down at the moment driving a vehicle around the prime minister’s home at Solider Ghaut approximately two years ago. He saw him around the home again another occasion both times very early in the morning. That witness identity will not be revealed at this stage,” he said.
Attorney Fuller says the car, which surveyed the residence of the prime minister, belonged to a Jamaican Charles Douglas who shared a house with Muhammad in Rose Street, Ottos. That car is now abandoned in a street in St. John’s and its licence plates removed. Nedd has also confirmed that the car is owned by Douglas, which he (Nedd) also saw Muhammad driving on several occasions, Fuller confirmed.
“We have leads on who the second person in the car with Muhammad was butwe have not yet been able to locate the person,” he said.
Additional information gathered to date indicated that the two (Muhammad and his accomplice) were inquiring about C-4 explosives for the purpose of blowing up a bank in St.John’s.
Attorney Fuller said the task force has requested all passport applications between 1 April, 2000 and 30 June, 2001 to be kept under lock and key.
The Task Force discovered that Muhammad used his real name John Allen Muhammad in May 2001. “We know from records that he left Antigua on 31 May, 2001 in his own name taking with him his three children in their own name, not hiding now probably because he had run out of identities”. Fuller said. It is apparent according to the task force that Lee Boyd Malvo, the US sniper suspect, may have travelled with Muhammad in May 2001, using the name Lingberg Williams.
The party left Antigua on American Airlines flight 2257 bound for Puerto Rico.
Attorney Fuller also revealed that the task force has discovered two more passports that have been issued using documents clearly prepared by John Allen Muhammad.
By perusing the passport applications for the period 1 April, 2000 and 30 June, 2001 Keithly Nedd was able to identify a man whose real identity is not known. He was issued with an Antigua passport in August 2000 in the name of “John Edwards.”
“We have not been able to find him…So I am asking you if possible if you could help us identify this man, anybody in the public who knows him, his name, his whereabouts, if he is still here, if he left, his friends, where he worked, any information that you can give us regarding this man we will be very grateful.
The FBI is also has an interested in this individual who applied for a US passport in the name of “Frederick Jones.”
Fuller said the second passport was issued to one “Rivena Ferris” in September 2000.
“ Rivena Ferris real name is Keshna Douglas, a Jamaican who is the daughter of Charles Douglas. She got this passport using very similar forged documents as did John Allen Williams (Muhammad),” Fuller said. He pointed out that Muhammad also sought to obtain a US passport in the name of Thomas Lee but was unsuccessful.
He revealed that both “Rivena Ferris” and “John Edwards” submitted the birth certificate of Eva Ferris as their mother and forged US birth certificates. Fuller added that Muhammad’s handwriting is on all three documents.
Fuller also added that the US authorities have located Malvo’s mother Una James in Washington, D.C, but there are no local records to say when she left Antigua.

You are right, about an hour or so ago Fox news showed a map that highlighted the states LE are investigating unsolved cases. Texas was highlighted. I believe this info came from Malvo or the laptop. I am waiting for Fox to show it again.

I thought we would have heard something about Malvo's mother today. The FBI was enroute to deliver papers to her yesterday. They say patients is a virtue. I'm lacking.
Other sources said that a Jamaican, identified only as "Bantan", who lives in Antigua, was reported to have paid Muhammad US$1,000 for an Antiguan passport, which he failed to deliver. Efforts to track down "Bantan" were unsuccessful.
I did a search on Bantan. This name (word) has different meanings. One of which is moslem; Arabic. There is a Muhammad Banton that is reported at investigating visa crimes to the Haj for Umrah, an Afgan cartoon website -Carl!!!, a Jamaican singer, Samir Bantan with Saudi Arabia Airlines, and plenty, plenty other.
Maybe a long shot but when you get time check it out and see what you think.

Think Mohammed associated with a musician in Washington (State), Osbourne is a singer (AND HE IS JAMAICAN) and I think there is another one...Kinda fits with the note stuff they left?? with the music references.
Of course, the Saudi Airlines look good because that is connected to those guys who take/took lessons here @ Riddle-something Airline School?
I wonder if it is Osbourne as we have no timeline on him and he doesn't seem to have a job that we know of (does he??).
