WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Yemeni-American killed in a CIA airstrike in Yemen has links to alleged members of the al-Qaida cell in suburban Buffalo, N.Y., that was raided by U.S. authorities in September, a U.S. government official said Friday.
The man, identified by Yemeni officials as Ahmed Hijazi, is a U.S. citizen, U.S. and Yemeni officials said on condition of anonymity.

Federal courts in the 1940's denaturalized a lot of German Nazis, holding that their oaths of loyalty to the U.S. had been fraudulent. The Supreme Court in 1943 or so required a standard of clear and convincing evidence of the fraud in a similar case involving a Communist (the Communist won the case because the Supreme Court held that standard had not been met.) But, with that condition, those cases remain good law, as far as I know.

Great history lesson; I love this place!

The apparent killing of a U.S. citizen, even an alleged terrorist killed collaterally, threatens to draw the CIA into murky waters.Frankly, I'm glad we broke that taboo in an accidental and convenient manner.

Isn't it amazing how the left-wing media manages to get their little digs in. The story should have been written as fact, without the formulated pleas from the Anti-American groups.

The good news is that they are only further marginalizing themselves.

The apparent killing of a U.S. citizen, even an alleged terrorist killed collaterally, threatens to draw the CIA into murky waters. I have solved this dilemma for myself by acquiring my own drone, which I employ to worry about this. It sits by the side of my desk, hooked into the CIA's drone via subspace radio. Just before the Preditor shoots the Hellfire at some terrorists, my drone worries that there might be an American citizen in there with them. That way, I don't have to spend any time on it. |

Murky waters...the CIA? Oh please...Al Qaida is the Murky Waters. They attack and kill civilians without cause. They wear no uniform. They practice no military discipline. They are at war, and they even say that in interviews.
The CIA is simply reshuffling the deck. If you are Al Qaida, you need to watch your backside everytime you get into a car. You have to forget about all former members of your family. You cannot have a regular lifestyle or stable family situation. You cannot count on living a long life. You must forever live in the Murky Waters....a place where nothing grows or prospers.

An Amnesty International spokesman in Washington said Thursday that the U.S. attack violates international treaties prohibiting summary executions done without the due process of law. About 28 Japanese aircraft were shot down at Pearl Harbor. I wonder if these scum sucking dirt bags would say the Japanese pilots should have gotten due process of law before being shot down for attacking Pearl Harbor?

Only one of the men, Sahim Alwan, 29, was granted bail. He is awaiting release on $600,000. I heard to-night that he has been released.
Question: Who paid $600,000 bail??

Who paid $600,000 bail?? Isn't that normally a matter of court record? Of course, one could hide the source, but I thought that one was required to give some explanation of the source of bail funds. I'm not sure, though; maybe I'm wrong about that.
If he found a willing bailbondsman and paid just 10% himself, it isn't even that much money, all things considered. A lot of people could come up with $60,000 if they needed it to get out of jail.

Thanks. Who bailed that guy? Should look into some Saudi front foundation that'd feed the money into mosques and fundraising drives.

What are the chances he skips bail? I think I saw a report that he has a monitoring system on him, so skipping bail may not be so easy.
