An unnamed fellow at an Unnamed Site noted that he had written "his Senator" Feinstein the following:
Senator Feinstein:
I’m am one of millions of pissed off liberals, and you, as my elected representative, need to be held responsible.
It feels a little out of sorts for me to be ranting at my Senator, my fellow Democrat, but things have gone horribly wrong and you were elected to represent me, so here goes.
Do you recall what a LIBERAL is? I know the DLC doesn’t much like that word, but it’s what you used to be back when you were the mayor of San Francisco. Please reacquaint yourself with the concept or prepare for lots of progressives to work hard to unseat you. The junior Senator from our fair state would be a good model for you to look to.
Moreover, it’s time to clean house in the Democratic Party, in the Senate, and in the House. Your Republican-Lite number just isn’t working, and I feel that it’s incumbent on me (and I’m sure others) to explain that to you. I have absolutely no respect for your sniveling vote to give George W Bush all the authority in the world to go and kill Iraqi civilians for purposes of becoming a regional power, raping their oil supply, and avenging his daddy’s pathetic loss. I’m never going to forget your despicable vote on that score, and I know that the vast majority of my compatriots at democraticunderground.com won’t either. Tax cut? Same thing. Thanks for all your help; I’m quite sure Trent Lott and The Bug Man Tom DeLay just can’t wait to go make that criminal act permanent.
Tom Daschle shouldn’t be Minority Leader. He seems like a really reasonable sort, but he’s been ineffective and it’s time for a purge. Please don’t support any bid he makes. Joe Lieberman and Zell Miller, they’re part of the problem too. I think Lincoln Chaffee and Olympia Snowe have better Democratic credentials than these bozos.
Terry MacAuliffe? He talked tough today, but where has he been for the last two years? He needs to go away. Gephardt? Well, I read with grim satisfaction that this problem has already been addressed. You don’t go stand in the Rose Garden with President GameBoy and celebrate his warmaking power when you haven’t even consulted with your own party. The get-along/go-along doesn’t work, but Karl Rove thanks you kindly for your naivety.
Senator Feinstein, I’m sure you know better than I do that the Democratic Party has lost its way, and that we’re overdue for a big splintering. You know that the so-called moderates are jockeying for position against the progressives. Which way will you go? My depressing assumption is that you’re going to fall right in with the faux right-wing, Bush-appeasing crowd. That’s totally unacceptable. There are those of us who not only believe that he’s the worst excuse for a president we’ve ever had, but that he’s a thug criminal of the worst stripe. As for me, I will NEVER again support any candidate or officeholder who aligns themselves with this thuggery. Do you suppose Barbara Lee is electable in the Senate? Are you ready to find out about her or some other progressive with his or her ethics still intact?
Senator Feinstein, you and other Democrats have been a great disappointment of late, when we the people have needed you more than ever. Please do some soul-searching. Please allow me to be proud of you once again.
Anyway, I feel like I have slid through Glenn Beck's legendary wormhole. The original poster of this message actually is so far Left, he/she thinks Feinstein is too Conservative. Is it possible that people like this live on this planet
I don't know if we are allowed to post text from That Site, but boy, it opened my eyes. Every caractiture of vicious, out-of-touch Liberals that I have ever seen is sudden proven true.

What can we do to encourage Feinstein to listen, and react favorable to the letter? I believe our country would be better for it. After all, we could stand to sweep a few more elections.
I love the arrogance of the Left. It is never "the public doesn't want anything we have to offer", it is always "we just didn't explain our vision to the voting idiots clearly enough for them to realize we know best."
