October 31,2002 | Saundra Duffy

Posted on 10/31/2002 7:33:51 PM PST by Saundra Duffy

The results are in and the winner is Fresno/Central Valley Chapter with 135 new voter registrations.

Second place - NorCal-Capitol Area Chapter (farmfriend);

Third place - Orange County Chapter (seenenuf);

Fourth place - San Diego County (CyberAnt).

Los Angeles Chapter not participating - probably too busy freeping up a storm (which is okay by us).

Though our numbers are not as large as we had hoped, these are all votes that Bill Simon wouldn't have otherwise received. So I am really proud of us! Yahoo! DUMP DAVIS! GO, SIMON! P.S. I suppose you noticed that I am the head of the Fresno/Central Valley Chapter. Well, I can't help it. I swear I didn't cheat. Our chapter worked the voter reg table at Costco on Saturdays in Fresno and we also registered a few voters at churches. Go, Fresno/Central Valley Chapter! For victory & freedom!!!

She also was working for the Simon campaign booth at the Fresno Fair.

BTW did any of the Fresno locals notice that Davis didn't even bother to have a booth at the Fresno Fair? You saw lots of Simon stickers on people, but not one for Davis.

I forgot to mention the booth at the Fair (but I did count the numbers). Thanks. The democraps did have a booth but it was pretty quiet over there. Our booth, on the other hand, was swarming with activity. Yahoo! The Valley hopes to get ONE MILLION votes for Bill Simon and Bush in '04. It's neat to live in a conservative leaning area. For victory & freedom!!!

You know that I practically lived at the fair this year and I swear to you that I did not see one person that had any campaign stickers for Davis.

Where was their booth in the carnival area? Perhaps it was hidden in the fun house? That would have been a scare coming around the corner in the fun house to find a Democrap booth.

LOL! I suspect the Davis folks are ashamed of their candidate. It's pretty hard to find Davis signs or bumper stickers. Here's hoping our guy wins!!! For victory & freedom!!!
