Cause Bush's poll numbers are going down, because when he is pissing around campaigning and pissing with France, the country doesn't see the need to get behind him, but when the war talk was going on, the country wanted to support him.

Even if it is true, it is high time Bush spend some political capital. He energizes the base everywhere he goes, and we need him out there.
