Aren't they one in the same?

The Communist Party USA, for as long as I've been politically aware (1963), have always endorsed the Domocratic Party.

This reminds me of when I was in college in 1976. My college held a Presidential debate and I ended up representing President Ford. There were representatives from the Democrats, the Socialists, and one other fringe party. I was asked what I thought about third parties, and I said "well, I don't know why we even have a Socialst Party because everything they want is in the Democratic platform!" I got big laughs for that one.

A Socialist is a Communist who is too stupid to know it.

Take a look at this!

If you want to the Left's short term Agenda, read the Weekly World Worker which is the CPUSA's newspaper and if you want to know about their long-term strategies, read Politiacal Affairs which is their quarterly "intellectual" journal. All you need to figure it out is a good knowledge of semantics and the upside down morality of the Hegellian dialectic.
Also beware of the Reds coopting the Republican Party through front groups such as, Republicans for Choice and the Log Cabin Society.

Here's a choice morsel from the long article cited.... "The right-wing is expert at building their own coalitions, and influencing the grass roots, for example the Christian Coalition, and they have the money to spend. They are also expert at sowing seeds of discontent and disunity within people's coalitions. While maintaining their conservative base, the Bush administration is at the same time utilizing legislative issues to crack the unity within labor, and between labor and other democratic forces. They (i.e. Republicans) are using racism to attempt to split and divide communities of color. They are targeting Jewish voters to pull them away from the Democratic Party."

Yes, it does. I'm giving a lot of thougt to going to Maine in an attempt to convince pro-life friends up there to blank the US Senate race instead of voting against susan collins. You would not belive the lack of support she has among solid pro-life and Christian republiicans. Blanking the race is about as much as we could possibly hope for, at this time many of them are planning on voting for pingree just to teach the R's and collins a lesson.

I went to the site and forwarded the article to every last soul in my address book with a few choice comments. If there are Demonrats in my address book, so be it. I probably won't get anymore email from them. I already get too much as it is.
