I am writing to you to help me confront US Rep Culberson about his vote for war at his last town hall meeting, Saturday, October 26, T. H. Rogers School, 5840 San Felipe, 10:00 to 11:30 am.
We will be doing a scenario training event Friday evening (the 25th) at 6:30 at Maryknoll 2360 Rice Blvd. in the Olive Branch room (garage apt.)
Please bring potential questions for Culberson to the meeting and we'll see which ones are harder to deflect. Having been booed at and had my question unanswered, I want to be better prepared with a possee this time.
Also encourage others to attend the event to get a big cheering section or to set up an anti-war literature distribution.
Also we can confront this man on his radio show: Every Friday Morning at 8am - Culberson is a guest on KSEV's (AM-700) Jon Matthews' morning show.
Name Withheld
TOPICS: Activism/Chapters; Free Republic; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections; US: Texas
KEYWORDS: culberson; demonstration; leftists; townmeeting
Culberson is one of the most conservative members of the U.S. Congress and proudly represents the 7th-TX district. I live in his district; therefore, he is my congressman. I intend to notify him regarding these idiots and plan on attending this meeting.

Thank you for your activism bump

Not sure that is a good idea. Do you really want these idiots serving in the U.S. Military protecting our freedom?
Clearly there is a better way.

Yeah, I want these brats peeling potatos, picking up garbage off our military bases. They can do many things that are not combat related. I want to see their pampered butts doing 5 mile runs, push-ups and evrything else boot camp could provide.

First thing that came to mind was combat. Your idea is better. Just have lots of available space at the "brig", and your best drill sargeants available..

Peace Questions at Town Hall Meetings
Citizens from the peace community may have the opportunity to ask the questions that have never been answered by this official who authorized a crime against peace.

It's a great place to keep an eye on them.

PetroniDE-- Another person to forward this too would be King John-KSEV! :o))
KSEV-The Voice" I've attended John Culberson's town hall meetings. They take questions from everyone and answer as much as they can. They are right about getting booed at! I've been there and booed myself when these idiots start their B.S. speeches

You got it right, it was Hila that mistyped. :)
Although not a few Demo-rats would pronounce his name that way. ;)
