JUST BREAKING!!! Police confirm another shooting. But are not sure if it is related.

Good point! Since he disguised his voice, then he may have changed his writing style, too.

BTW, many English-speaking foreigners don't write in broken English. Their style is formal and stilted, but grammatically correct. I used to work at a muli-national and, afterwhile, you pick up on the style.

Hence, "you write like a foreigner" is an insult to an educated bilingual person. It means their English is not idiomatic, conversational or easy-to-read.

I think this guy is a loner. A little wierd. And he has been for quite some time. His co-workers are not noticing the difference because he is still acting the same. I think he has been building up to this for some time now and something on October 2 finally put his "fantasies" into action.

Additionally, if he works in a job like courier or something simular, then he may not have extensive contact with co-workers for them to notice anything significant.

No matter how clever they are, how can they possibly expect to collect the money without getting caught? There has to be a drop-off point somewhere.

You are assuming that this is cash they are dealing with. They can simply tell the police to deposit X dollars in a bank account and have someone wire money electronically to Yemen or some place like that.

He might've placed one last call in Virginia and then raced up to Montgomery County, figuring the police, military planes and potential victims wouldn't be expecting him back in Maryland so soon.

I've thought that too, but I dont think so. I think that if LE felt there were more than one then they would already be trying to play them against each other in the media. The idea being, trying to get the subordinate individual convenced that the dominant one was going to turn on him and maybe even turn him in and that he had better contact LE before he does so he's not the fall guy.

I want him to go out in a blaze on television so all potential snipers get a good look at the mess. I truly fear a bunch of copycats. I want to discourage them.

If you want to discourage copycats,forget all about that "blaze of glory" crap. That's their wet dream. A better way to discourage them is to have the shooter sentenced to life without parole in a maximum security federal prison,and let the media film him twice a year,living in his hole in the ground with the 24 hours a day lights,no contact or conversation with other prisoners,no visitors,and let out of his hole in the ground once a week to shower. Not much "glory" there.
