BERLIN -- German soldiers suffering from cancer that they blame on radiation from radar equipment filed a lawsuit Tuesday in a U.S. court seeking damages from U.S.-based manufacturers, their lawyers said.

These soldiers should contact the Department of Veterans Affairs:) I'm sure that statistical evidence is available through this source of "former military" medical records for the same job and same disability. If no colerration is made, then the US Govt will have a very strong case against this type of lawsuit.
I would very strongly look to the German Armed Forces and governments who used this equipment - it seems to me that the risks have always been known when working on this type of stuff. So, next up all the police depts for radar guns... the power company for above ground high-power lines... McDonalds and anyone who every sold a Cellular Phone!

Will these idiots ever give up on these type of suits? To the best of my knowledge, NO reputable (double blind w/controls) research has ever shown a correlation of any type of disease with any type of electromagnetic radiation. Some day we must devise appropriate penalties for people bringing frivolous law suits, or there will be no new technology ever brought on line.
