George W. Bush Cincinnati Speech - PROTESTER REPORT - Caption Rich **PHOTOS**

Captioning a Target Rich Environment of Saddam Supporters.

I was in the lion’s den last night 24 hours ago, on what looked like a one man Freep.

George W. bush spoke in Cincinnati last night and I went down after finding out the exact location where the liberal Al Qaeda Fan Club was going to be meeting to protest. I have a lot of things I like to do, and heckling liberals under the guise of being a political babe-in-the-woods is one of them. ( I once asked, with a perfectly straight face and a completely convincing air of innocence, a pro-choice woman who was studying to be a Jewish rabbi, “Is there a Kosher way to abort a baby, like there are Kosher ways to kill beef and chickens?” She stared at me with daggers for about 5 full seconds trying to see if I was just jerking her chain. She was convinced I was sincere, and told me simply “No.”). There were other Pro-Bush people there, but I didn’t see any freerepublic.com signs. But my agenda was to go into the liberal minds with stealth.

The Speech was held at a place called Union Terminal, an old place that used to be a train terminal, but is now a historical landmark. The inside of the building is beautiful and a bit beyond words or photos. It also has the best set of “Whispering Fountains” I have ever heard. Two people can be 200 feet apart and literally hear each other whisper from one fountain to the other.

The protesters were forming about 3-4 blocks away at a place called Laurel Park. I started taking pictures there. At about 6:45pm, they started moving to the front of the entrance to Union Terminal, which was blocked by a row of officers and flanked by another row of mounted officers.

Let me say this. There were AT LEAST 2000 protesters there, and they just kept flowing in. I think my better estimate is nearer to 3500, using the 10 X 10 cluster method and counting more than 35 of those clusters. There were about 100-150 Pro-Bush supporters. The amazing thing was that both groups were intermingled and shoulder-to-shoulder without fighting or even yelling. I was stunned.

Before I left my house to go, I prepared by wearing neutral colors, decent clothes, brought my camera, note paper, and a couple of pens. I was going in as a “freelance reporter”. I did reporting and news writing for about 3 years a few years ago, so this was just a matter of putting on the old game face.

I convinced EVERYONE that I was writing a story, including the cops, and let me tell you, the protesters wanted to be heard. Being what they thought was a liberal reporter, I really surprised many of them by asking some seriously tough questions about their stance and beliefs. A few of the people were left stumped. Many I had to just walk away from because they were getting mad. It was rather funny to have other libs jump in to defend my questions because they thought I was a reporter. I have included the more interesting comments with the picture.

In reality, I was a reporter last night.

HighWheeler, reporting in.

-------------------------------------------------------

1) This guy’s name was “Drezul” he pulled up the sign in front of his face just as I was getting ready to take the picture. Weasel. I asked him “If the war was for oil, then what was America going to do with the oil after they killed Saddam. After the U.S. left Iraq 12 years ago they left without taking a drop afterwards.” He had no answer.

-------------------------------------------------------

2) More shy libs.

-------------------------------------------------------

3) Part of the Pro-Al Qaeda brain trust. Such clever signs.

-------------------------------------------------------

4) The libs went nuts when the announcement over the PA that cops were ticketing vehicles. Heheheheh. The Pro-Al Qaeda bunch had parked in a bus zone. I can’t believe that they would impede the efficiency of a vehicle of mass transportation, and do it with an SUV to boot. Idiots.

-------------------------------------------------------

5) The University of Cincinnati and Xavier U are only a couple of miles away, which explains the huge lib crowd.

-------------------------------------------------------

6) This was the thin part of the crowd, an older lot, a couple of blocks away. I asked this guy why Iraq would be another Vietnam, after all, the US posted a tremendous one-sided victory 12 years ago, and there were very few casualties and deaths back then. He said he thought it was wrong to send in troops. I asked him if it mattered that the troops were all volunteers and whether they might have actually signed up just to go kill terrorists. He started yelling to the crowd as he ignored me.

-------------------------------------------------------

7) I couldn’t tell if the guy with the Defend Freedom sign was a pro Iraq or Pro-Bush. Many Saddam Supporters were hiding behind patriotism.

-------------------------------------------------------

8) Pro Al Qaeda and Pro-Americans standing peacefully shoulder to shoulder. Only in America.

-------------------------------------------------------

9) I was flirting with the female Mounted Officers, at least the ones smiling back at me here. I was over at that corner and was able to stay there because I was “reporting”. I asked them if I could take their picture and they said sure. Otherwise they were keeping the corner clear so they could respond without interference.

-------------------------------------------------------

10) The woman with the bullhorn was killing the Al qaeda supporters. She was loud and effective.

-------------------------------------------------------

11) These girls were too cute, and they were having a ball. They were shouting their lungs out, and killing the local Hate-America protesters.

-------------------------------------------------------

12) Babs’ Idiot Representatives. They had two problems, the lettering was too small, and the verbiage was from the Babs recent performance where Babs had been thoroughly duped into giving false credit to Shakespeare. More members of the Liberal Brain Trust Council.

-------------------------------------------------------

13) The black guy in the middle was chastising the Pro-Saddam supporters for not showing up in these numbers to defend the boycott on Cincinnati for the cop who killed a kid last year in self-defense. Everyone was giving this angry guy a wide berth, and the cops were keeping an eye on him. I almost went up to him to interview him, but he was on an anger/power trip.

-------------------------------------------------------

14) I asked the woman “What are the particular U.N. charters that the US is not complying with.” She glared at me and ignored me. So I asked her if she thought Saddam was complying with the UN charter. She said yes and turned away. Hubby didn’t like me. Heheheheheh.

-------------------------------------------------------

15) The level of noise as it approached 8pm, the start of the speech, was high. Notice how everyone was on the curb. The cops told anyone that stood on the street they would have to leave. I was impressed.

-------------------------------------------------------

16) These two ladies watched two SUVs in a row drive in to the place, both driven by nice looking much younger women. The one on the left commented in a puzzled voice “Women for Bush?!? Did you see that?” I asked her what she thought about Saddam gassing all those children. She said it was wrong. I asked her if someone should stop him, or just let him keep going. She said we don’t have to go to war for it. I asked her what if the US just went in and killed just him. She asked me why I was asking these questions. I pointed out that her sign said “think” and “talk”, "...so I’m thinking and talking."

-------------------------------------------------------

17) That is not me there, but I was dressed like the reporter near the middle of this shot. I was simply amazed at the respect everyone had for the stand-on-the-curb rule.

U.N. NOT U.S.

We don't need no steenkin' sovreignty! (That sign should have been accompanied by a rousing rendition of "We Are The World")

Those were classic pictures! This war for oil crap is such a bogus lie. These are the countries we get oil from 1. Canada 2. Mexico 3. Russia 4. Venezuela 5. Great Britain. OPEC controls oil production out of Iraq and we have nothing to do with it. They decide production and price. So how would we benefit? We did not benefit in 1991 or 1992. These are people who have never worked a day in their life or had a real job. Great commentary and slide show.

Good for you! How can liberals dismiss their hypocrisy so easily??

And those losers with the false Shakespeare. Didn't they even bother to read it? Or keep up enough on the news to know it was fake? Sheer idiocy.

Thank you sir for your service.
