Website w/List of Actors/Entertainers to Boycott

We live in a world where entertainers reach megastar status with the hard earned dollars of Republicans. In turn, they use their fame as a political platform to support our enemies.
Folks such as Alec Baldwin, Julia Roberts, Martin Sheen, Jessica Lange, Barbra Streisand, Rosie O'Donnell, Jon Bon Jovi, Cher, Leo DiCaprio, etc. have long shot their mouths off supporting liberal causes and liberal political candidates. It's time we show them that they cannot alienate half of their audience (i.e. Republicans) and continue to be successful.
For the most part, we know who these "stars" are, and I imagine most of us try to avoid patronizing their work. I want to go one better.
I am proposing a website that lists entertainers from all fields that support the left. It would contain information on their level of support, as well as all projects they are in, past and present. We will all make a pledge to steadfastly boycott their work, and encourage others to do so. Admittedly, it will be difficult, as many are great performers. But it is time we stood up for what we believe in.
If we can get more Republicans involved in the boycotting of their films/albums we can make a serious enough dent in their bottomline to stop these limosine liberals from using our money and support to destroy our ideals.
Let's create a site with a list of these offenders. Let's stick to our guns and boycott these offenders. Let's make offending us the equivalent to career suicide. Let's show these people that if they must open their uninformed mouths, they sure as hell better be supporting our causes.

And if anyone has more names to add to the list, I am all ears. I wouldn't want to mistakenly patronize one of their films.

Let me be the first to be with you.
When it comes to these leftists, if you have to watch 'em, wait for their movies to come on network TV. If you have to listen to 'em, buy the CDs at the used CD store--these "artists" will have already received their royalties.
I made these comments on the Mark Davis show about six months ago.

Maybe it would be a little better to list the person's name, along with quotations or news stories illuminating their point of view. Let them hang themselves with their own rope, so to speak. The suggestion to boycott can be done once, but allow the reader to judge for himself whether to boycott. Otherwise you'll hear all sorts of comparisons to Joseph McCarthy and the Red Scare.
That said, I'd love to see it myself.

I'm with you on this.

Cher? Has she been political? (Sorry, I just haven't been keeping up.)

That's what I meant. I kind of envisioned a list of everyone, categorized by their field.
Each name would be a link to their "file" which would contain an itemized list of their offenses.
Maybe we could even have free memberships that allow members to customize their list of people they are boycotting (chosen from the master list).

I'd add Sharon Stone.

Although Ed Asner is an old fart, and I don't think he's made anything of late, he should be added for his recent remarks against President Bush.

Awesome idea, but you just know that the libs will call it a "hate site" and/or an "enemies list"...
I still think you should do it, though. Screw 'em.

Julia Louis-Dreyfuss of Seinfeld fame. (sigh)

Cher? Has she been political?
She campaigned for Gore, and has been outspoken against Republicans.

Danny Glover

Jennifer Aniston is one who could be added to the list. She has gone on record calling President Bush an idiot. She and her husband, Brad Pitt, also made snide remarks about Jenna Bush, who interned at the office of Brad and Jennifer's agent.

Tom Cruise, the asshole married to Jennifer Aniston and her; mainly 99.9% of Holyweird. Very few of our kind out there.

I don't care what they call it, as long as it's effective. It's time the liberal elite figure out that we don't have to listen to them anymore. Without our entertainment dollar, they are insignificant.
