What will happen in the senate is simple, the dems will lie, cheat, steal, break laws, kill, bribe and silence people - ANYTHING to keep the senate.
Basically it boils down to this. The gov of NJ, a democrat can now appoint someone to fill Torch's position. The senate stays in Dems hands unless our ball-less republican leadership takes this to the supreme court.
