Dear Mr. Levin:

Why haven't you voted on any of the bills alliterated below? They've been passed in the House and it seems to me that the Senate is playing Tom (Puff) Daschle games. In fact it is my understanding that Senate fillibusters have occured so as to avoid voting on the issues. You should understand that I'm watching you. Your actions will be reported by myself via opion editorial letters to all of the metropolitan area newspapers in your precinct. Perhaps you can influence these newspapers not to publish my letters, but I've already published them on the internet for the whole world to see.

For your information, my report will mention the following bills pent up because of Tom (Puff) Daschle's antics. I believe that you should distance yourself from him as far as you can (and quite quickly also):

Do not be dissuaded that your detailed voting record is not scrutinized by myself. Your political philosophies are not compatible with the Federalist Papers (pro or against). Hopefully this will be your last term in office (god be my witness). There is not much that you can do to ameleriorate my beliefs after all these years.

This correspondence is sent to you to let you know that you are still under my microscope (even if nobody else cares or notices what you do). Your voting record as far as I'm concerned is incorrect 98% of the times you vote. The times you vote according to Constitutional principles of limited government, your brother votes the other way. I'm sorely disgusted with the both of you.

Please keep in mind, that if it was up to me the 17th amendment would not be in effect. Who knows if the Constitution created by the founders would allow you to occupy the position of Senator. One thing that I will unequivocally state, your voting record stinks.

You have voted for increased goverment size and spending time and time again. One of THE most despicable things you continue to due is vote to perpetuate the U.N. Since you are a ranking member of the Senate Military Committee, I have to hold this against you. It will be my job to convince others that you are wrong. You and your Democrat friends might want to become familiar with those who died at the Alamo. I doubt any of Tom (Puff) Daschle's arguments pertains to those kind of Democrats (and I'm certain that you're smart enough to stay away from that).

Nevertheless, I'm curious why Daschle insinuated a rider into a bill excempting his state from activities that most intelligent people would believe reduce the risk of forest fires (and yet insist that these activities be prohibited in all other states). Or why Dianne Feinstein and her collegue felt that they could go against their greatest support base (GreenPeace), by crossing Daschles bill. Mr. Levin, you have no such sophisticated power base here in Michigan. It is my sincere desire to see that you are no longer a member of the U.S. Senate (and as far as that goes I'd like to see your brother get a real job too).

Mr. Levin,

All you've done is addict your constituents to your largesse. It is suppossed that the sorry sacks at the Alamo could be presented as some sort of example. This I will not do, at risk of offending the PC crowd. It would really seem to me, then that we have nothing in common (neither philosophically nor idealogically).

Outside of the Constitution we have no legal authority more than private citizens, and within it we only have only so much as that instrument gives us.

- President Andrew Johnson (Message to the House 1867)

Mr. Congressman, your votes on the following prohibit me from dissemintating any positive reviews for your benifit.

HR 3062 Labor-HHS-Education appropriations HR 2660 VA-HUD appropriations HR 2330 agriculture appropriations HR 3338 International Crimanal Court HR 3338 (Helms Amendment) S 1731 Dairy subsidies HR CR1 Education (Final version) roll-call vote S1731 Emergency Farm Bill S1731 sense of the Senate (estate tax repeal) S1731 Farm Bill (Senate version) S517 Energy (Alaskan Pipeline) HR2356 Campaign Finance S565 Elections S517 Energy (CAFE standards) S517 Energy (alternative fuel vehicles) HR2646 Farm Bill HR 3009 Trade Promotion Authority HR3167 NATO expansion HR3009 Trade Promotion Authority ( w/inclusino of 4 Andean countries)

Your score at this time is 12 (100 is perfect constitutional based voting record). I dread every vote you are called upon.

The world will see your true voting record.
