NOW... being reported by state troopers in the capitol in salem oregon that a package full of white powder, postmarked from pakistan... Anthrax potenial was cited... on news report.

OR... it could be a hoax... OR it could be kitzhabers delivery of "white powdery stuff" for distribution amongst his supporters in Salem...
But the Disaster Response guy from the State Troopers, was interviewed... and the blurb on the news "breaking" said anthax, may have been ... and such...
More than likely a hoax... we got lotsa musli up here who are pretty much given free reign in the northwest. Who knows but it was a breaking news item a few minutes ago on KPAM... and the building was evacuated... and it was reportedly the Capitol Building.
FWIW...
Oregonians would be interested...
