ANY FREEPERS IN SEATTLE?

Are there any Freepers living in the Seattle area. On October 6th the Leftist - Anti-America crowd will be protesting the War on Iraq and everything else that they hate about the USA. It will probably be at Westlake Mall or the Federal Building - they haven't posted a location yet.
Is anyone interested in participating in a Pro-USA peaceful counter protest with US flags and signs in support of the USA and our President? (No Aryans, violent types or goons need apply).

I am sure that there are some.
I can't believe that we are FReepless in Seattle.

BUMP! WE are NOT FReeperless in Seattle! In fact we have an active chapter that has FReeped the Creep, marched through Seattle; had shoots etc. We meet quite often and have awesome members!

Hi Big Ern,
I'd say this FReep is on. I have just contacted the President of the Local Pubbies. She's thinks it's a good idea too. Let's call it a Bush & Land of Liberty Support Rally. I'll also email Kirby. Keep the thread bumped and get your ping list going :)

McDermott is a member of the Progressive Caucus, which coordinates policy positions with the Socialist Party.

You moved too soon. We have had a beautiful summer in WA. I have never seen such gorgeous weather since I have lived here. It has been sunny and high seventies almost all summer, but just when you thought that they were going to declare a drought, it rained, and I mean real rain, not drizzle.

Don't tell me. The last four years were the wettest
on record. That would be my luck. I had forgotten
what clear skies were like.

This is a very dangerous crowd.Yes, the Puget Sound FReeper Chapter is extremely dangerous.
- At our first meeting in June 1998, the FBI sent an undercover agent to spy on us.
- We've been actively drinking home brewed beer -- bless you, Billthedrill -- since our first West Seattle FReeper Meet in 1999.
- We've eaten bear pastrami and corned elk made from game shot by a Puget Sound Freeper!
- We marched during the Disputed Election of 2000 and braved one finger salutes and enough spit to fill up the Maple Leaf reservoir.
Ever since I stepped down as Chapter Executive and passed the baton to Libertina, the chapter has been very active politically. (I was just a social secretary.)
Or were you saying the liberal demonstrators were the dangerous crowd?

The summers of 1989 and 1972 were very similar.

This is something KVI should turn into a major event. Wilbur and Carlson and the others should push this on their shows and be present at the event -- maybe even broadcast live from the counter-demonstration. Some Republican candidates should show up for sound bites and for coverage.
This should be treated as a very, very big opportunity.
