Who dropped her off? According to the rest of the article, she "passed out in the cab on the way home," "six emergency personnel were called to the home [or to the address outside of which the cab was parked] by the cab driver" and then she "came out of the cab with them."

Considering the state of her clothing, I wonder about the condition of the backseat of that cab.
