Just between you and me, she seems like a great candidate. However, should she really pose with a priest?!

I've done my part today, as the nasty uncle nobody ever wants to talk about, I cast my ballot in the Democratic Primary for Janet Reno.

Supporting the Storm Troopers for Reno Campaign!

Get her through the primary so we can humiliate her in the general election.

Dorben and Wingnuts'n Bolts voluteered as election judges today.

I'm thinking of voluteering as the Democratic Pricinct Captain next time around.

What was it Lenin said about those who count votes?

Thanks.. this will be a very interesting race.. I know the odds in a republican PRIMARY are not in your favor if you are not going for the incumbant Republican... however... Deborah has done a great grass roots campaign in the short time there was since the districts have been so drastically redrawn.. I made a lot of phone calls in the district last night and I was not surprised by the number of voters who did not even know they were now in the 4th district....

Anyway.. my efforts will have been well worth it if she gets 25% of the vote...even though she deserves 100% !!...(being that Mr. Crenshaw is so quick to point out that she only got 2% when she ran as an independent..... she like many of my fellow Republicans believe that our party has shifted way too far to the middle,.. and gives far too much defference to the incumbant (IN A PRIMARY !!)... and lack the strong leadership needed to advance the conservative agenda... she will bring a refreshing change to Washington.. and truly represent the REAL conservatives in Florida!!.. and especially the 4th District...

FReegards,

David

I was very disapointed in the voter turn out in this PRIMARY... I am pleased with the number of votes Deborah recieved.. considering the ammount of time she had to campaign.. I have given thought to pulling out of the Senate Race... and possibly running for the 4th Congressional district seat in 2004... as I said before I was very disapointed in the number of voters who (the night before the election) had no idea they were even in the 4th Congressional district, and who the candidates were... Not to mention the numbers who voted for Crenshaw just because they were told to by their "elite" Republican Friends...

Congratulations Ander Crenshaw,, you will have my support in the General Election.. but please look carefully at the number of voters who ACTUALLY turned out to vote in the Primary.... and I look forward to working with you for the next 2 years...

David

BTTT. I wasn't in Deborah Katz's district but I agree, that the turnout was low for such an important primary.

And, let's note that Charlie Crist is the candidate for Attorney General getting 51% of the vote. He's a hometown hero in St. Pete. There was a local luncheon attended by dem Buddy Dyer and by Charlie. Dyer is a johnny-one-note and beyond criticizing Crist's bar exam, all Dyer could think of was to joke about Charlie's skin color. Give me a break. Dyer was so cocky and there was no substance, even when he was bragging about how superior he was.

The moderator of the luncheon stated "We have one bulldog and one Mr. Nice Guy. Crist was Mr. Nice Guy but he laid out a convincing case for why Floridians should vote for him. And, no matter what the Dyer campaign says, Crist has WAY MORE EXPERIENCE THAN DYER. (Oh, Dyer did some work in New York with Elliot Spitzer, the Clinton AG in New York.) That's all I needed to hear. DYER = CLINTON.

Everyone should try to meet Charlie Crist. He's left St. Petersburg to campaign & he's a grass roots campaigner if I ever met one!

** FLORIDA GREAT-AMERICAN WRITE-IN DAY **

Deborah Called me this morning to bring me in on a grass roots effort to change the Florida Election law which essentially SHUT-OUT over 50% of the voters in the 4th Congressional district race... Being that there was no DEMOCRAT in the race this essentially was a defacto-primary for the Republicans... however ALL the registered Democrats.. many of whom are conservative ideologically did not have a voice due to the fact that a GREENPEACE candidate had registered as a WRITE-IN...

Deborah has asked me to help spread the word and make this years GENERAL ELECTION the GREAT AMERICAN WRITE-IN DAY we are asking ALL VOTERS to WRITE-IN the candidate name of their choice on the ballot.... ESPECIALLY IN THE CASE OF THE 4th Congressional District... sending a strong message to the Florida Legislature that voters do not wish to be SHUT-OUT of the primary when there is no candidate from their party seeking the nomination..

FReegards, David

BTTT. Wish I could participate. We have to start discerning between RINOS and real conservatives in a big way. And, as long as dems like Zell Miller vote with conservatives, I can tolerate them. Libs are dragging the whole country down. Fregards, FV
