Hijackers' final days: From poetry to the prosaic

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Just before boarding one of the planes that was flown into the World Trade Center, September 11 hijacker Waleed Alshehri left behind a poem.

Discovered by investigators in his rental car at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, the poem speaks of traveling into the "face of death with our heads held high."

September 11 hijacker Ziad S. Jarrah was stopped for speeding shortly after midnight on Septmeber 9.

How is this 'news' as it happened a year ago? Is this CNNs present to America for 9-11?

I don't want to hear these stories about how 'religious' or how 'smart' or how 'disciplined' the terrorists were. All I want to hear are stories about how dead they are.

this is an important point in the article ... given that UAE is considered a "friend" we must not forget a large group of these guys are there ... and in Qatar ...
