The budget is only a game plan. It NEVER becomes law, that is why 60 votes are NOT required to cut off debate in the Bob and Billie Club (formerly U.S. Senate).

The real authorization are the appropriations bills and those REQUIRE 60 votes to cut off debate.

Do be advised that since I increased my volume of mass emails to letters to editors I have gotten return volleys of virus attacks- my ISP filters them out before the get to my PC, but if yours does not, take appropriate precautions to guard your PC.

I take this as a positive- my emails are simply links with no editorial content; so the other side must fear & loath the information even reaching the public.

I do not believe that Oregon has no Republicans with the courage and the skills necessary to protect us from government theft and the loss of liberties.

The Oregon old Republican guard are a bunch of wimps sucking up to the left, selling us out, too much in love with the bits of power the Democrats allow them to rock the boat.

We have to find, fund, work in support of conservative candidates at every level of government in Oregon. WE have the power to make these changes.
