We recieved a phone call late last night that GalvestonBeachComber had been taken to the emergency room at John Sealy in Galveston.
The two of us had planned a sight-seeing trip out west and had actually left Pine Bluff, Arkansas last Thursday, Aug. 29th. We made it as far as Bentonville, Arkansas where it was discovered he was suffering from congestive heart failure. We headed back to Pine Bluff where GBC picked up his car and continued home to see his doctor in Galveston as suggested by the doctor in Bentonville.
I had planned to drive to Galveston today (Tuesday) and will leave shortly.
We all know well the power of prayer, especially when FReepers start sending them!
Please say prayers for GalvestonBeachComber.
Doctor's Orders:
Let not your heart be troubled.
Lord, we bring GBC before you and his needs. In the name of Jesus, Lord, touch GBC and reverse the condition in his heart. We declare any issues with his heart null. void, powerless, bound and cast under GBC's feet, in the Mighty name of Jesus. In Jesus name we loose life, strength, health and complete restoration, to God's honor and glory. Praise the Lord! For 'whatever is loosed on earth in Jesus name is loosed in heaven, and whatever is bound on earth in Jesus name is bound in heaven' Praise the Lord! Father, we thank You for Your Word, and stand upon those promises it contains, knowing You are a faithful God, and that Your Word does not return to You empty and void. Praise GOD! Standing on those promises, we hold onto Psalm 27:14 "wait upon the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." Lord, we thank You and praise You for touching GBC and restoring his health. We claim it for him in the Mighty name of Jesus, and he receives it. HALLELUJAH! Thank You, Lord!! May the restoration of GBC bring glory and honor to Your name! In Jesus name we lay this before You, claiming that "by Your stripes he WAS healed" and that Your "wounds heal all diseases". "None can take him from Your hand," Father, and for this we praise You! Thank you, Lord. In Jesus Mighty and Glorious name, AMEN!
