This is just a ping headline for a previously posted article that had a badly watered down title. Are Federal tax dollars to cover every imaginable cost? Are Senators and Representatives to be rewarded for scheming more and more how to raid the Federal tax payer? Schumer is trying to put Bush on the spot with this.
