I'm just shocked... SHOCKED I tell you!

Did they have 110% registered voter turnout too?

I'll insert the obligatory and all-too-common comment...

"If the political roles were reversed, ABCNBCCBSCNNMSNBC would be all over this."

Thanks for this account. Amazing but true. As in the Clinton years - the chief enemy of this country was not the Terrorists who want to kill us all - but prolifers who only want to save the lives of children!

Corrupt Criminal Union Thugs and others who tow the HillaryClintonLedDemonratic Party line....are more than willing to deny All our Constitutional RIGHTS if they can get away with it.

God bless this woman for having the courage to speak up for unborn babies despite the intimidation she received and God bless her attorney who was at the ready to stop this outrage! (Attorneys ARE GOOD GUYS when they take stands like this!)

This lady should sue Wayne County but good. Any idiot knows that you can wear anything you want if all you are doing is voting! It's the First Amendment, stupid!!! You can even wear a candidate button, hat, t-shirt, etc. if you are just voting and leaving. I've done it in every election. The law only prohibits electioneering, i.e. standing around with a candidate's name on you or handing out partisan literature or putting up signs, within a certain distance of the polling place. Of course, even the latter is routinely violated by Democrats and their union thugs.

I had to run the gauntlet of at least 100 people from dem campaigns in the parking lot. It looked like a rally. You have to be at least 100 feet away from the polling center with your literature. No signs allowed but this place was a circus of signs, t shirts and kids chasing me. I had to RUN not walk, to get away from them.

Yes, this was in Wayne County.

Sheesh. We may have to send Jimmy Carter there to observe elections like he does in Third World countries. On second thought . . .

Well well well. Wayne County. Why am I not surprised. I used to live in Ann Arbor, over in neighboring Washtenaw county, the nerve center for Communist thought in the US. Not surprised a bit...

The things that the secret-ballot laws prohibit are things that we'd do without a moment's thought anywhere but the polling place. And the secret ballot is what makes fraud so difficult to prevent; otherwise you could just keep a running tally of each candidate's votes.

Obviously the secret ballot is very important. Then why are people allowed to perform exit polls?!

If Florida were to prohibit--and enforce a law against--exit polling, broadcasters would have no data on which to base a projection of election results before the polls close in the Panhandle. Journalists would hate it, but it couldn't happen to nicer guys.

After her attorney explained the law, she was allowed to vote.

That would be the 1st amendment, right?

Geez...I swear this country has gone to hell in a hand cart when an effing ATTORNEY has to point out that we STILL have free speech in this country !!!

Well sort of....

I got in trouble for wearing a Bush shirt to the polls in 2000. I didn't even think about what I was wearing. I wore that shirt for 6 straight months every time it was clean, LOL (and the creep betrayed me by signing CFR) A guy in line loaned me his jacket and I complained, whined, and mumbled the rest of the time I was there. The 'rat workers were mad at me (I don't blame them to be honest, but it really was just an oversight). The Republican workers laughed and whispered to me about what a dictator that 'rat lady was. LOL!
