May it come to pass that those who submit their children for murder and the people who carry forth that murder, have their lives taken in the same manner as the slain child. For this I pray.
Afraid not inquest. The purpose of the census was and is simply to aportion representation and taxes. It speaks not one wit to whether or not unborn babies are people. But chew on this. Blacks were only three fifiths of a person and there were laws against abortion as early as 1800, none of which were found to be unconstitutional.
OK, I'll try once more. An appendage is attached to the trunk of something. The blood flowing through it and its genetic code are identical to the person or thing it is attached to and absent disease it poses no danger to that person unless it gets caught in the zipper.
A baby on the other hand has its own unique genetic code, its own blood supply and a placental barrier that seperates Mom and Baby? Would you care to know why that placental barrier exists?
It is amazing the lenghts to which some folks go in order to deny what is right in front of their eyes. I don't get it, do you?

Let's see. You espouse a defense of abortion which is in my view the killing of babies yet you are arguably FR's most vocal anti-hunting siren. Do you value a wild animal more than a "fetus" as you prefer to call them?

LOL. I'm irrational? You're argument sucks, it doesn't pass the laugh test, the genetic test,the blood test or the placental barrier test.
Why don't you simply say that it is a person but that you think these persons should be subject to abortion at the will of the Mother. That's an honest, albeit wrong in my view, position to take. The appendage argument is ridiculous.

YES, they are "Persons". They are each separate and individual. A fetus inside and connected to the mother is not.
