Article I Section 2: The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
Article I Section 3: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.
Article II Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Article III Section 1: The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour

Senator daschle openly broke with the administration in the war on terror, he tried to rally support for a dissenting movement on Sunday talk shows on the very day that a number of American servicemen died fighting to defeat the taliban.
He is a disgrace of historical proportions and in my opinion a traitor and should be tried, and if convicted, shot.
Yes, he backpeadled furiously when confronted with the fact that he was giving aid and comfort to our enemy by attemting to create an anti war movement he could ride to the white house at the expense of the lives of our men and women fighting to protect America from evil.
