Yeah sure this lawsuit is ok ... just like the one where the lady sued temple university hospital because an MRI scan of her head robbed her of her psychic powers. She won of course.

Stealing an analogy from Animal House, I guess fat and stupid IS a way to go through life. Another winner in the legal system lotto.

"....I ate it more often than not because I was single, it was quick and Im not a very good cook," Barber said in an interview with Foxnews.com.Another poster child for the Democrats: "I am lazy and stupid, therefore someone owes me." They need to suspend the license of his pinhead lawyer as well.

The problem with these lawsuits is that they are going to seat some jackass jury, and they are going to award millions to this fat piece of s&*t because he can't walk by a french fry without inhaling it!
Is there another place other than New York to file these lawsuits? Plenty of jackasses there...

I would like to know exactly what these individuals are doing to help themselves now. Are they exercising? Taking supplements? Have they stopped eating the fatty foods?

Personal responsibility is dead in America. Communisim has shown that collective responsibility brings only misery, but the trial lawyers are determined to drag us down that path.

I think that if this dude doesn't want to die he should get off his butt and get to work on that body. What a surprise he will have when his time comes and he dies. Who's he gonna sue for that?

Are we to be spared nothing?!

The lead plaintiff, 56-year-old maintenance supervisor Caesar Barber, ate at fast food restaurants four or five times a week and blames his fatty diet for his obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol and the two heart attacks he has suffered. Ever hear of a gym, you fat f*&k? How about the word "moderation."

I guess fat and stupid IS a way to go through life. With the correct jury, it's renumerative, anyway. Were't you the person who wrote that "The only difference between a civil courtroom and Las Vegas is the free drinks"? That sentiment is borne out again here...

You're kidding??? McDonald's food is bad for you?
I wonder how long it will take for this Plaintiff to discover that red meat is not so good either. I wonder if that will bring a case against farmers, who will in turn bring a case against the government... the FDA!!
Of course everything causes cancer... my God, he could sue his mother... for having him and making him suffer so fatly... I mean badly!!
