GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) -- Described by Israel as the Gaza Strip's "most brilliant and brutal terrorist," Salah Shehadeh spent more than a decade in Israeli and Palestinian jails, and for the last three years was often in hiding as he oversaw Hamas' frequent attacks.

Hamas "military" leader - i.e., man in charge of murdering defenseless civilians. The news services that persist in calling terrorists "militants" will soon succeed in redefining the term militant in such a way that it takes on all the same connotations as terrorist. Then what will they call militant leftists in the US? Answer: they are already using the term "feisty."

It would appear that a military attack on one of these "FUNERALS" would take care of some senior Hamas, and reduce the gene pool of wannabe Homicide Bombers.

Killed with him in the overnight Israeli air strike were his wife, Leileh, 40, daughter Iman, 14, and bodyguard Taher Nasser, 29. He is survived by six daughters and several grandchildren.

No sons, eh! His name has bin cut off.

I'll pray for the unfortunate children who died, too. I'll also feel grateful that those same children won't be around to grow up and become suicide bombers who would purposely target Jewish and Western children with the blessings and encouragement from their evil parents as well as receiving little if any criticism from the media, UN, and foreign governments if they were around to do so..

Agreed. Personally, since the Pali's have been going out of their way lately to convince us that even their women and children are out to commit mass murders, and since the Palestinian bombings have been directed almost excusively at civilian targets, I cannot think of any reason in the world that Palistinian "civilians" should be off limits.

Look at the faces of those little kiddies, waving their M-16's, just "dying" to to be "martyred" for Allah - Well, accomodate them, dammit!

If they can take pictures of these parades, they can also sweep the streets with an AC-130 gunship.

Must have been some other explosives in the building. Those things are so flimsy that a rocket could go thru it making only two holes.

Shocker. Another Arab with a family of 14,000 members.

At least most people here realize that ALL of the Pally terrorist leaders keep themselves around women and children at all times, in order to protect themselves. I only wish Israel had used a Daisy Cutter instead of a low yield bomb. Or a Tactical. Or 5,000 400 pound pigs.

OK, where did all those other dead babies come from? How do we know the Pali's have not been hoarding babies who died from disease, from accident, left alone in a hot car, etc. just for a "special occasion" like this? They have been craving a massacre ever since they didn't get the one they wanted at Jenin.

"I'll also feel grateful that those same children won't be around to grow up and become suicide bombers "

Re-read what you wrote.......Does this mean you advocate killing children to prevent what they "might" become when they grow up?

I hope this was not your intent but feel free to clarify.....If so, your heart is one of the coldest, darkest places on the planet.....

This POS knew he was marked for death for his murders of scores of Israeli women and children, and intentionally stayed with his family so that they would also be killed when he was. Not exactly a good family man. May this POS rot in hell for all eternity and may his name be blotted out forever.
