Reno takes to the floor at packed Dance Party

Janet Reno did a little dance, made a little speech.

She got down last night.

Partying with political supporters and media at a packed Club Level in Miami Beach, Reno, a Democratic candidate for governor, satisfied a crowd that seemed to have one question on its mind: Will she dance?

Indeed she did, flailing arms, shaking hips, if only for a few minutes.

Janet Reno's Dance Party, as her campaign dubbed the event, was an attempt by the former attorney general to capitalize on an image created by Saturday Night Live to poke fun at her.

James always called Reno what she was-a horrible, failed AG and person. A protector of the corrupt and and slayer of little children. Bill, Hill and Janet surely dispised this Dem Rep.

Now it appears James will no longer be in the house. Revenge is so sweet. Janet must have felt blissful.

When I hear her speak of advocacy for children-I want to tear my hair out and shout MURDERER!!! SEVENTEEN young CHILDREN were BURNED TO DEATH and EXPERIENCED CYANIDE GASSING (a result of mixing the gas our government sent into the Davidian home with the heat of the fire) BECAUSE OF YOU RENO AND HILLARY AND FOSTER AND HUBBELL.

Janet Reno's campaign finance disclosures, showing that she does not have sufficient funding to even run television ads in her campaign for governor of Florida, came as an unwelcome revelation to managers of Republican Gov. Jeb Bush's re-election effort.

The Bush campaign views former Atty. Gen. Reno as a weaker general election foe than millionaire lawyer Bill McBride, her Democratic primary opponent. Although the better known Reno is far ahead of McBride in the polls, he has more than $1 million in campaign cash on hand compared to her $220,000.

The Florida Education Association last Wednesday began a multi-million dollar campaign in McBride's behalf. The announcement by the state's Democratic Party that it will pay for TV ads by the party's contenders may help Reno.
