We are today seeing things that one year ago we would not imagine possible. What things can we not imagine today that will be happening to us within the next 10 years in the name of safety and security, diversity or any other current PC thought today?
If this has been done before my apologies.
I think that the age of sexual consent for minors will be lower to the age of 15.
We will be operating on a cash-less basis.
Churches will lose their tax-exempt status... there's an unless statement in there but I'll probably get flamed for saying it.

I predict newspaper headlines will read "Mideast Peace Process in Doubt"
To: Phantom Lord
that one made me literally laugh out loud - but since I work at home the only person I disturbed was my dog.

Saddam Hussein will still be the leader of Iraq even after George W. Bush's great-grandchildren become senior citizens.

The same member of a protected minority group who got a full scholarship to a top university will end up being spared the death penalty because he is "retarded."
To: Alberta's Child
aw c'mon - I said 10 years. ;-)

I predict there will be another Clinton scandal...lovechild or affair...or something that will come out in the tabloids...
I also predict Pearl Jam's new album in November will be really good :)

I also predict Pearl Jam's new album in November will be really good :) I predict it won't crack the Billboard 100 and that Metallica's new album will debut at #1
To: Frapster
LOL!
I do have an interesting prediction, though. Not only will cash cease to exist for the most part, but the U.S. dollar will start to diminish as a financial "tool" and will gradually be replaced by what I call "corporate currency" that is not tied directly to any government currency.
You can already see the early stages of this with things like frequent flier miles, supermarket discount cards, etc. I predict that within the next ten years you will be able to "pay" Northwest Airlines for a round trip to Florida by "giving" them 4,500 AT&T long-distance minutes.

Churches will lose their tax-exempt status... there's an unless statement in there but I'll probably get flamed for saying it....unless they stop teaching hate from the Bible.

In ten years if you want to have a Big Mac or a slurpee...you will have to be scanned via biometrics. Your finger prints, face scan or a nifty little bar code on your forehead or palm will be tied to your banking account.

blah..That doesn't mean it won't rock!!! You know how PJ are. They don't care about publicity...only making music. I happen to like Metallica too. They are up there in the best bands of the last 20 years. I'd put PJ, U2, REM ahead of them though...I'm more of a classic rock fan anyway. The Who and Floyd and Zeppelin etc..blow all these guys away :)

Judicial Watch will file 248 lawsuits against the Hildebeast Clinton administration, and Jennings, Rather and Brokaw will, once again, never mention the name "Larry Klayman".

Hmmmmmmm...
I predict... Global, inter- and intra-national warfare. Brother against brother, polis against polis, a return to a simpler, more primal era in the interest of physical and ideological survival. Only the strong will survive-- all pretenses to equivalence or preference will melt like ho-hos in the hot Dallas sun.
Venturing out only to seek precious fuel for my motorcycle, I will be holed up in my steel bunker with my survival rations of ammo, beans, booze, tobacco and porn. And a can-opener. If y'all wanna come over, bring beer.
