I can feel bad for Dan, to a point. Because what he's going to do now is just use women and throw them away instead of committing. Sort of a "why buy the cow when I can get the milk for free?" What Kathleen and other women need to do is stop giving it away for free.

The ultimate result of the feminist movement is being acheived. Men are basically being used as sperm banks.

I consider myself to be so incredibly fortunate to have a wife who does not buy into this garbage. I do not understand how you can expect to have a loving, rewarding relationship if the women enters into it feeling that men are scum - as she has been indoctrinated with by the "woman's" movement.

Either the laws change, or marriage dies. It's that simple, and that certain.

Or a dad who reaches old age impoverished because he lost everything he had in a divorce when he was middle-aged and did not have the time and the opportunity to earn it back.

It happened to my dad. The custody battle cost him two houses and spiritually broke him. The man is now boderline.

Sad to say, this is very likely true. The feminazis are too happy to encourage women to take their resentments out on their exes and the children. Is that so surprising? For years, the Left has been encouraging parents to behave like demanding, whiny, spiteful children. God forbid that parents should be expected to behave like mature, responsible adults who put the children's interests above their own.

I didn't realize how common this men getting screwed over scenario was until our family was thrust into it.

My brother's wife of 15 years recently out of the blue asked for a divorce. He then found out why. Basically she's been having multiple affairs during the entire marriage. They have 3 children and he found out the youngest wasn't even his child.

He is getting a divorce but his lawyer told him that it doesn't matter if she "did" an entire pro football team that he was basically gonna get the shaft in divorce court. He lives in FL which is supposedly very protective of the children, which I totally agree with. Because of this they virtually always give custody to the mom, no matter what type of person she is. The mother isn't always the best parent to raise the kids.

His lawyer also told him that if they were unfortunate enough to get a certain female judge that he could be assured to really get taken to the cleaners. Apparently even if both parties agree on the settlement, custody etc and the divorce is completely uncontested she will not grant the divorce until she feels the wife is sticking to the husband enough.

Have Anti-Father Family Court Policies Led to a Men's Marriage Strike?
Piffle. It's my observation that very few young men-- those in their teens or 20's-- give family court a single thought when they think about marriage. Men who have been around a while might--let's say those in their 30's on up-- think about what would happen if they married and then divorced. I think a good portion of them think about their wallet, not any yet-to-be-created children. (Please note: I did not use the word "all" in reference to men.)

People also marry less today because casual, immoral sex has become the norm. Physically speaking, men get what they want, and women get a false feeling of intimacy. Both parties move on within a short period of time. By the time many of these folks reach their mid-30's they have had so many sexual partners that it makes it extremely difficult for a potential husband/wife to swallow the past his mate has lived.

If there was a reawakening of purity in our personal lives their would be more marriages.

The saddest thing about this is that it is getting more and more obvious to certain men that the only valid response to your wife asking for a causeless divorce is to kill her and try to get away with it. After all, in the divorce you lose everything and if you get caught you lose everything. The only way to win is to get away with the crime.

Don't the feminazis realize that there will be a whole lot of dead women due to their courtroom biases?

The more I read the harder I pray for Christ to return now and clean up the mess we've made of things. Even now Lord, even now.

God Save America (Please)

I do think that a large number of young women these days are rather selfish. Many will act as though they can do nothing wrong, and that you're the one that has the problem, all the while you've been a perfect gentleman.

This doesn't describe every young woman, and there are a few out there who are genuinely dignified, and who want a man that will lead.

My suggestion? If you're a Christian, attend a Christian Singles Praise & Worship within your respective city. At some of these gatherings, there are upwards of 1,500 single Christian women, so you have a good chance of meeting a good woman.

Similarly, the club scene, bar scene, etc. is not the place to meet a genuinely good woman. What kind of a good woman hangs out at places like that on a regular basis? I'm talking slim pickings. Those places are loaded with extremely liberal, sex maniac types who will most likely not respect you. Furthermore, a large percentage, perhaps a majority, of them have very little sense of morals and values. If your goal is to marry, why would anyone waste their time and money at grotesque places such as these?

Marriage is a permanent, binding, legal contract that attempts to enforce a temporary, transitory, emotional state, love, with severe sanctions.
