Now why would our F.B.I. cover up the terrorist attack at LAX?
I mean they tell us we will be attacked and then we are attacked and then they say this was not a terrorist attack. Now why would our F.B.I. cover up the terrorist attack at LAX?
The PEOPLE WHO WERE ATTACKED knows what it was and IT WAS a TERRORIST ATTACK.
We are either being played for fools or the terrorist just maybe are within the FBI. We know the democrats are terrorist helpers so maybe just maybe the FBI HAS BEEN SUBVERTED TOO!
Just a question for comments.
The FBI's primary job these days seems to be to convince the sheeple that obvious terrorist attacks are not in fact terrorist attacks. I can't remember the last time they actually caught a criminal.
Never mind my friend . No harm done ;). Bump to a higher calling .
That there was no apparent additional attacks made against other airports in the US. That this guy wasnt on some watch list like some of the 9/11 terrorists were and there was no readily apparent connection between the kook and any terrorist organization. Given what they knew at the time only a fool would have shut down evey airport in the country. That would have been exactly what the terrorist would want.
True but if its not part of a coordinated attack then there was no reason to close down the air transportation system for a day, a week or a year.
That is a silly assumption to make. There is MUCH more incentive for the Feds to label this a terrorist act linked to international groups than the other way around. The Feds are under constant criticism for their "vague" warnings and this is the prime example, should they choose" to say "we told you so".
But it has not yet been shown that he was acting as a part of a plan coming from a terror group such as Al-Queda.
Hopefully they will after the get their systems in place so the people we deport dont come right back in.
Anyway you can give a highly condensed summary of what you understand from the Patriot Act and other sources?
I think many on this forum, including myself, would become very uncomfortable if the Feds started labeling every act as a terrorist act no matter what the circumstance.
My sentiments exactly, considering that Constitutional protections dont apply if a crime is labeled terrorism.
I couldn't agree more. If you look at the act itself, the LAX shooter is a terrorist, plain and simple. This is how anyone without a political agenda would look at it.
Bring in the people who receive their paychecks from the government, federal, state and local, and you have people viewing this from the standpoint of a specific political agenda.
If it wasn't blatantly obvious before, the FBI is more concerned with furthering specific political agendas than it is with performing the law enforcement duties and responsibilities it is responsible for.

The FBIs first responsibility is to carry out the wishes of the President. If Mr. Bush decides that the most important thing is to crack down on internet spam that is where the focus would shift. Right now the focus is international terrorism and keeping the public as calm as possible while maintaining alertness.
