Yesterday (6/27/2002)Jim Quinn had an interview with David Shippers and Janya Davis concerning John Doe #2 OKC Middle eastern terrorist cover-up.
It's now available in his archives. Go to the link above and click on show archives and 6/27/2002. Its available in multiple formats. Segment starts 1 hour and 30 mins into the broadcast.
It's definitely worth listening.
Thanks,
PS: I think I would have given the info the the TM defense team, but I can understand why one would not, after all TM was guilty. I think, in the interest catching the other badguys before they struck again, the info had to get out, by any means necessary, no matter who got 'the story.'
My free advice, declare victory and move on WRT J Davis.
Keep up the good fight, for the truth to be known about this terrible crime.
With respect to the memo, yes it has been established that the warning memo was improperly sat on for too many years so I can feel a victory has been won on the warning memo story.
But the real victory comes when the majority of American people becomes convinced that the FBI, DOJ and Federal officials not only covered up and knew about OKC but that the people are still at risk from terror attacks because many of the same bad officials and policies are in place. Only then do we have a chance of getting things corrected well enough to better save lives.
I am very concerned we are running out of time quickly and this is why the seven year delay on the warning memo was so damaging to getting things corrected much sooner-we have lost years of valuable time in the face of more, imminent attacks..
I still have work to do to save lives and our country. Much thanks for your help.
The real victory will come when the majority of the American people come to realize that the FBI, DOJ and Federal officials knew about and covered up the OKC bombing.
We must work quickly to make badly needed changes of personnel, policies and procedures in the Federal agencies to better protect Americans from imminent terror attacks. Sadly we lost almost seven important years in this effort because of the delays in informing the AMerican people about the shortcomings of the Feds over the handling of the official prio warning memo by Bodasnky on the OKC bombing.
This reminds me of the time Davis called me up in 1997 and stridently demanded that I not talk on talk radio shows about the story of Davis giving her interview tapes and affadavits (but no prior warning memo) to the House Task Force on Terrorism and other ME connection info to the OK County DA Bob MAcy SIX months before the OK county grand jury being seated. The Daily Oklahoman published a story on this in full giving Davis name as the source in early 1997 (also about six months before the OKC county grand jury was seated) based on an interview Davis gave the Daily Oklahoman.
Charles Key strongly believed Bob MAcy helped cover up the OKC bombing and it is possible that Macy used Davis'advanced (six mojths early)info to help do the cover up even if Davis may not have intended it that way.. Macy and the DAs office had a chance to interview the Iraqi Hussaini when he came back to OKC in 1997 (grand jury still going on)for a deposition in his lawsuit with Davis. MAcy knew Hussaini was in town but he and the grand jury investigators deliberatley avoided having Hussaini questioned (the FBI avoided the questioning too).
I told Davis in her call that her giving the ME info to the House and Macy was public information and knowledge which she had given to the Daily Oklahoman in her interview and which was published in early 1997. I told Davis therefore I was under no obligation not to talk about the story on talk radio. In fact I did talk about the story and read from the Daily OKlahoman article quoting Davis. At no time did Davis actually say I was not to utter her name on talk radio, just that I was not to talk about the story, a story which she had no right to demand I not talk about. THis pattern of Davis behavior over this and other evidence in the OK bombing case was repeated with me many times over the years, and it was absurd and made me very leary of Davis motives and judgement.
Brad Edwards also tried the same approach. AS I had told Davis, Edwards had no right to tell me not to talk about public stories on KFORTV or stories I had developed and confirmed independently. And Edwards never told me not to use his name- he just did not want me to talk about public KFORTV stories anymore on talk radio -absurd!
The two KFORTV reporters Edwards and David did try to muzzle me about KFORTV public stoties, but they did not ask me not to use their names on talk radio. If they meant to tell me not to use their names, they failed to do so and I think it would have been dumb for them to do so in the context of our conversations. It would have been stupid for them to tell me not to use their NAMES when they were public figures doing public broadcasts.
So once again the poster of reply #189 is badly mistaken and very misinformed.
But the poster is doing me a great favor by reminding me of important stories I need to tell like the one about Davis trying to muzzle me about her giving her ME info (not warning memo) to Macy SIX months before the COunty Grand Jury (maybe that was a good thing or was it?).
I agree with that statement Nancie. I also have learned not to trust the government to act in the peoples' interest over the years. The government always acts in its own interests.
It's unfortunate that "We the people" were intended to be the government, but we have let that power get stolen from under our noses. Thanks for sharing your experiences and insights.
Nancie:"I want to set the record straight on another matter. (But this does not mean it is the only other inaccuracy of OKCSub). Jayna Davis has the utmost respect for Dan Vogel. She and I have talked about him several times during the last seven years. One thing that she has often said is that in his position as FBI spokesman, he had never lied to Jayna. Pat has made a statement about Davis fully acknowledging Vogel's misconduct as it relates to the OKC bombing. She has never made that statement to Pat. .... You can take my word that she never said to me anything derogatory about Dan Vogel).
Is it not perfectly clear to anyone that has followed the evidence of the Middle Eastern involvement in the OKC bombing that the FBI, including Agent Vogel, conspired to cover up the participation of John Doe 2 and the Middle Eastern connection in the mass murder of 168 innocent people. John Doe 2 may have very well played a role in the attack on America on 9-11. The Islamic terrorist network that participated in the Oklahoma bombing certainly participated in the 9-11 attack. Mr. Vogel and his fellow agents have blood on there hands. Anyone who defends the liars that let the terrorists of 4-19 go free to attack Americans again, may want to reconsider which side they have chosen.
I would respectfully suggest anyone aligned with the lies perpetuated by the FBI in OKC not show up here and throw out accusations of lying against a man that has poured blood, sweat, and tears to inform the American people about the truth in the OKC bombing.
Pat, I have always had great respect for your work. But when you chose to share with the forum your differences with Jayna Davis, I thought it was an unwise choice. Not because you weren't right, but because I did not think the distraction from the more important story was worth it.
I was wrong. Jayna Davis knows there was an Islamic terrorist connection to the OKC bombing. Jayna Davis knows the FBI covered it up and Jayna Davis has the utmost respect for individuals involved in the cover up. That is a story that had to be told and you were the only one with the guts to tell it. I salute you, sir.
But my opinion is that Davis also helped the government in effect (even if she claims she did not intend to) cover up the ME connection for over six years by not going public with the details of Bodanskys official prior warning notice to the House Task Force, Congressmen and Federal law enforcement and intelligence groups when Davis knew the importance of doing so. For Davis to accede to Bodanskys wishes because Bodansky told Davis it was "too hot" (politically?) tells me she helped Bodansky and the House Task Force (the government) cover up the forewarning of the OKC bombing for six years.
And the picture is even worse. Davis directly and deliberately interfered with key John Doe witnesses I originally approached and cultivated long before Jayna Davis approached them:. The witnesses Arlene Blanchard, John Morris Kuper and Adlai Abraham were told by Davis not to talk with me and Jasper and Key and Davis tried to scare them off by deliberately making denigrating statements to some of the witnesses about me, Jasper and Key.
Some have excused these acts as that of an aggressive unscrupulous reporter trying to steal a story. While that could be true, what is more important is that these acts by Davis in effect have and still are delaying the public and Congress from knowing the details of the OKC bombing and is helping the government cover up the bombing details even longer.
But my analysis is more than just a dissection and criticism of what Davis did in the past regardless of her reasons in the past.
I am very concerned that there is more evidence we have yet to learn about that Davis may still be sitting on such as the details of the 22-24 witness affidavits Davis has kept from the public for over five years and such as Israeli forewarnings to the US government I believe Davis also has kept from the public( I have written much before about this on FR).
And Davis has played and may still be playing a very active role in undermining evidence being brought forward of FBI informants who also were domestic John Does. She is entitled to a different opinion about domestic John Does, but Davis taking an active role to downplay exploring the domestic John Does roles has also kept the public and Congress from knowing more about the OKC bombing and the FBI cover-up.
I want the public and the FreeRepublic to know that my criticisms and complaints about Davis not only refer to her past and on going actions, they also refer to her actively resisting my efforts and those of Key, JAsper and some attorneys for over five years to get Davis to not continue holding back all this information when we have explained to her the importance of going public. These are not after the fact "quarterbacking" or "hindsight is better than foresight" criticisms and complaints. They are complaints that Key and Jasper and I have been making to and about Jayna Davis for over six years. Yet she has persisted in her refusals and by so doing has helped the government cover-up regardless of whether or not she has intended to help the government cover-up..
BUMP!
