BTW, why was it not ok for me to talk on talk radio about KFORTV investigations made public in their broadcasts or information that I confirmed independently, without being told not to talk about the public KFORTV broadcast information and my own work relating to them?? I did not work for KFORTV and I am under no oblgigation to them or their reporters to keep silent about public information or even the use of their names(?) This situation of being told to keep quiet by KFORTV reporters is nuts or a dishonest attempt to try and keep the public from knowing the complete truth about the OKC bombing (more likely).

This reminds me of the time Davis called me up in 1997 and stridently demanded that I not talk on talk radio shows about the story of Davis giving her interview tapes and affadavits (but no prior warning memo) to the House Task Force on Terrorism and other ME connection info to the OK County DA Bob MAcy SIX months before the OK county grand jury being seated. The Daily Oklahoman published a story on this in full giving Davis name as the source in early 1997 (also about six months before the OKC county grand jury was seated) based on an interview Davis gave the Daily Oklahoman.

Charles Key strongly believed Bob MAcy helped cover up the OKC bombing and it is possible that Macy used Davis'advanced (six mojths early)info to help do the cover up even if Davis may not have intended it that way.. Macy and the DAs office had a chance to interview the Iraqi Hussaini when he came back to OKC in 1997 (grand jury still going on)for a deposition in his lawsuit with Davis. MAcy knew Hussaini was in town but he and the grand jury investigators deliberatley avoided having Hussaini questioned (the FBI avoided the questioning too).

I told Davis in her call that her giving the ME info to the House and Macy was public information and knowledge which she had given to the Daily Oklahoman in her interview and which was published in early 1997. I told Davis therefore I was under no obligation not to talk about the story on talk radio. In fact I did talk about the story and read from the Daily OKlahoman article quoting Davis. At no time did Davis actually say I was not to utter her name on talk radio, just that I was not to talk about the story, a story which she had no right to demand I not talk about. THis pattern of Davis behavior over this and other evidence in the OK bombing case was repeated with me many times over the years, and it was absurd and made me very leary of Davis motives and judgement.

Brad Edwards also tried the same approach. AS I had told Davis, Edwards had no right to tell me not to talk about public stories on KFORTV or stories I had developed and confirmed independently. And Edwards never told me not to use his name- he just did not want me to talk about public KFORTV stories anymore on talk radio -absurd!

The two KFORTV reporters Edwards and David did try to muzzle me about KFORTV public stoties, but they did not ask me not to use their names on talk radio. If they meant to tell me not to use their names, they failed to do so and I think it would have been dumb for them to do so in the context of our conversations. It would have been stupid for them to tell me not to use their NAMES when they were public figures doing public broadcasts.

So once again the poster of reply #189 is badly mistaken and very misinformed.

But the poster is doing me a great favor by reminding me of important stories I need to tell like the one about Davis trying to muzzle me about her giving her ME info (not warning memo) to Macy SIX months before the COunty Grand Jury (maybe that was a good thing or was it?).

I have not forgotten you and Murah!

I have to prioritize like everybody.

I am getting lost in this Jayna versus you stuff.

Yes, the whole of government is trying to keep Murrah from putting them in jail.

All of those guilty should be on trial.

Time is our enemy.

The weekend is here, nothing but time....

Jayna Davis has the utmost respect for Dan Vogel

Pat, I have always had great respect for your work. But when you chose to share with the forum your differences with Jayna Davis, I thought it was an unwise choice. Not because you weren't right, but because I did not think the distraction from the more important story was worth it.

I was wrong. Jayna Davis knows there was an Islamic terrorist connection to the OKC bombing. Jayna Davis knows the FBI covered it up and Jayna Davis has the utmost respect for individuals involved in the cover up. That is a story that had to be told and you were the only one with the guts to tell it. I salute you, sir.
