Wow, this guy is an Idiot, who in their right mind would do as Momba says? This has SCAM painted all over it. I traced the IP to lagos, Nigeria. What should I do with this email? I know that I am not the only one receiving the so I can imagine someone out there will be naïve enough to do “business” with the Dr.

This scam letter from Nigeria has been around for at least ten years. I used to get about ten or twenty per year via the snail mail. I complained to the postal authorities and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Later I started getting these as E-mails, I complained to Yahoo, but again they did nothing. I now get three or four of these E-mails per day and just delete them.

Sixty Minutes did a report on this about four years ago and showed how Nigeria is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet. Unfortunately a number of shmoos have been suckered in on this and have actually gone to Nigeria and transferred all their assets to these criminals. When that happens it is Christmas in Nigeria and they have more money to continue to feed into this scam.
