BRITISH TO RETAKE AMERICA? DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE DISMISSED!!

Associated Press (Jun 26, 03:38 PM) SAN FRANCISCO (AP) The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today declared the United States Declaration of Independence as null and void because it has several references to God.The decision left many Americans stunned and angry and the future of the once great country in doubt. A United Nations world court will now determine if America will be returned to the British, the country that the United States declared its Independence from on July 4th, 1776. Yesterday, the United Nations declared martial law in the United States, dismissing the elected government and freezing all personal assets. Queen Elizabeth is scheduled to meet with the Untied Nations next week to possibly begin the power transfer.

That declaration reads in part:

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness....

If the above lunacy seems far fetched, it shouldn't be. After today's ruling in a 2-1 decision by commies in black robes anything is possible.

"The Pledge, as currently codified, is an impermissible government endorsement of religion because it sends a message to unbelievers 'that they are outsiders, not full members of the political community, and an accompanying message to adherents that they are insiders, favored members of the political community," the majority opinion said.

Michael Newdow who brought the suit said that his daughter, while not required to join classmates in her elementary school in reciting the daily pledge, was nevertheless hurt by being compelled to "watch and listen as her state-employed teacher in her state-run school leads her classmates in a ritual proclaiming that there is a God." Tough Mr. Newdow.... you don't like a nation under God, MOVE! Oh, and leave all that filthy "In God We Trust" money jingling around in your pockets behind too.

Just how long are you going to allow people like Mr. Newdow and the PC ilk he represents to intrude on your life? Things like this are happening everyday while most sit back almost in a comatose state and say... oh well! Maybe some will start screaming after the PC crowd get their fat food tax (it's coming!) and they haul away your backyard barbecue grills...... yea, hit 'em in the gut where it counts, that'll finally piss them off!

The voiding of which now means that George Washington was a terrorist and may be charge with war crimes in Belgium.

Now that our rights are alienable the government will make neccy changes as deemed appropriate by each and every administration.

the Declaration singed by two of my wife’s descendants can no longer be put on display on government property nor referred to for any legal basis.

(I think you meant "wife's 'ancestors'"). My ancestor, Guv Morris, would be taking up arms right about now -- not over the Pledge of Allegiance, perhaps, but over the goofy interpretation of the Constitution. All the time he spent penning the thing -- such a case of writer's cramp -- and now he's a pond-scumb, dirt-bag for not arguing with Jefferson, et al., over the words, "Creator", etc.

We shoulda' had strictor immigration laws years ago. Everybody who's come over since the revolution just doesn't seem to get it. We were trying to leave them behind, and they thought we wanted them to visit. That's the trouble with family, they can't take a hint. We wandered around Roanoake Island with the locals trying to blend in, and lo, and behold, they just kept looking and looking for us.

By the way, I wouldn't sweat the terrorists without, the enemy is within.

You are so right!

Without a Creator (God) as the author and grantor of inherit rights as human beings, our rights are no longer inalienable. They become dependent upon social recognition or civil authority - which turns them into a revocable privilege granted by a majority, not an absolute right. As long as the relationship of a person to his Creator was inviolable, we stood as principals with individual rights granted by authority external to government.

Creator-based rights give us the ability to stand beyond the reach of government and majority will in respect to those rights. It allows us to compact with others, originate government forms of our choice and to delegate limited authority to institutions to regulate our behaviors to protect others or their property from substantial injury.

This ruling has major repercussions. "Under God" does not "establish religion." It recognizes that we are a nation SUBORDINATED to a higher authority that is the originator of our individual rights.
