When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We all know the problems the Bush Administration has had with Tom Daashole and the Democrates refusing to move Federal Judges through the Senate and get confirmed. What an excellent time for the Republicans to take the bull by the horns and point out to the American public the importance of having conservative justices who read (rather than make up)provisions in the US Constitution.

Perhaps the National Anthem will be next. Not only does it mention God, but its third verse contains a phrase ("hireling and slave") from the book of Job.

Did the order also include an injunction compelling God to immediately withdraw his hand of protection over the U.S.A., which protection had been improperly asked for by the signers of the Declaration of Independence when they executed that document "with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence"?

The US Constitution is UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Near the end of the document, just before the signatures:

Done in convention by the unanimous consent of the states present the seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven and of the independence of the United States of America the twelfth.

Okay, so according to the 9th Circuit we need to remove the Dec. of Ind., the Nat'l Anthem, the Pledge of Allegence, the Gettyburg address ....

and we need to get rid of all the money having "in God we trust" (I'll take that)

WOW! References to God in the Constitution! This is TERRIBLE.

Dont you know that this document is published in practically every school text THAT OUR CHILDREN READ

We must remove the Constitution for "the sake of the Children".

Without the Declaration of Independence this courts opinion is null and void. It, as a court, does not exist. That's how stupid some of these judges are.
