Evangelizing for Evil In Our Prisons

When news broke that Abdullah al-Muhajir, better known as Jose Padilla, the man accused of planning to build a "dirty bomb," was a graduate of America's prison system, I wasn't surprised. I've seen hundreds of potential Abdullahs up close. During 26 years walking the cell blocks of America's prisons, I've encountered a growing Muslim presence. Islam, which offers brotherhood and solidarity, especially for people of color, is for the most part a law-abiding religion. But not always.

Islam appeals to the lowest common denominator in people, hence the big score in prisons.

Exactly! If Christians had shown as much interest in converting the jail population, things might be very different now.

Granted, the appeal of Islam is that it is a violent religion appealing to a group of people who have already shown their predisposition to violence. Letting these radical Islamic missionaries have ready access to the inmates is, as Colson points out, really stupid. It's hard to stop them, probably, because they hide under the protection of religion, but surely enough of them have such obvious terrorist and criminal ties that would make it possible to keep them out.

Pokey, thanks for posting this thread.

Some of us have been warning about this prison recruitment by al Fuqra/Black Muslims since last Nov/Dec., when the data re the Jihads in America started coming out.

One of these days, the funds that enable this recruiting will be traced from the Opecker Princes to these militant Black Muslim Organizations. Of course thanks to the Rat politicians, our tax $'s state/federal are being used to recruit the worse of the worse by those who would kill us.

The Islamics, who donate massive election funds to Pro Black Muslim politicos like Rep. McKinney of Ga. have been documented. Then, these congressits like McKinney work 24/7 to prevent profiling and to make the Black Muslims a protected species in America. We have the ACLU, NAACP and even so called conservates yelling from their front porches that we can't do anything to prevent these Black Militants/as Fuqra thugs from helping Islamic terrorists from killing and harming our families.

Interesting reading.

Makes you wonder how many of McKinney's supporters are recruited from prisons.

The best FBI investigation would be to investigate the donors to McKinnley to see if there are financial links from them to the anti America Black Muslims and of course to al Fuqra and then al Qaeda.

I like the Senator Ketchup reference.

Maybe someone with great indexing skills will start a file of great Free Republic descriptive words and our mantras like: "When do Arabs and Liberals lie to us?".

I have a messy desk, office and suffer from Indexing Skill Deficit/Senior Adult Syndrome. Besides that, I'm an old man, and I have to reserve my strength to carry one or to open my evening bottle of a great micro brew.

Radical Islam is an insane murder cult, "moderate" Islam is its Trojan Horse in the West.

Speaking of great quotes/sayings from Freepers. Here is one from your buddy Travis. He posted it right after our favorite words:

Radical Islam is an insane murder cult, "moderate" Islam is its Trojan Horse in the West.

Why are we allowing religion in prison anyway? Why isn't the ACLU all over this? Whatever happened to separation of church and state? Aren't these jails/prisons city, county, state or federal property? If we would just enforce the constitution on separation of church and state we wouldn't have this problem. /sarcasm off
