Here's a couple ideas...Name the bird contest. For every contribution, you get to submit a name. We'd need a judge. That could be figured out later.... Or, have teams, those who want to see the bird stay, and those who would like to see the bird go. Which ever team contributes the most can choose the fate of the bird.
