Is it just me, or does anyone else think that David Corn looks like he might be a trifle nuts?
To: Forgiven_Sinner
Doris Kearns Goodwin? I guess NBC has forgiven her plagiarism sins, or maybe they just don't care if someone copies someone elses work without giving credit. Taking other peoples property (through taxes, excessive regulations, environmental prohibitions, nimby zoning, etc.) is characteristic of liberals so why should we expect that plagiarism be any different.
To: Huck
Agree...I forced myself to watch this, and I'm glad I did.
Daschle can't lie fast enough to keep up with Russert.

Ceder Dave,
I had a thought about Doris Kearns Goodwin as well. Let me state it.
Don't you agree?

amazing, Daschle sitting there and lying through his teeth. I hate this man, he is evil and we need to make sure he loses his job as majority leader in the coming elections.

I turned on MTP toward the end and saw Doris Kearns Goodwin and David Broder with Tim R. I thought, "They should rename this show 'Meet the Liberals'".Have you ever seen "Washington Week in Review" on PBS? It's also known as "Four Liberals and a Liberal Moderator".

Quite frankly, when I listen to Daschle--- I am deeply disappointed ;-)
Bloodhounds LOL!
I missed that this week, have to check C-SPAN archives to see if they have it.

Well, I am happy to know that Jeff Cohen is gone. I saw Korn on in place of Cohen yesterday and was hoping that that meant that Cohen is gone for good. I can't stand Korn either, but Cohen makes me want to throw bricks into my TV set Did Cohen get sacked, or just choked to death on the crap propaganda he tried to spew as facts? F.A.I.R. my A.S.S.!

"Agree...I forced myself to watch this, and I'm glad I did. Daschle can't lie fast enough to keep up with Russert."
I forced myself to watch it too and it was great....something tells me the Russert doesn't like Daschole much because he didn't get the "hitlary" treatment at all!
He turned BEAT RED with embarressment over the political cartoon Russert sprung on him depicting TOMMY Dashole as president in Aug 2001 and how he would've "KNOWN" exactly what to do, close the WTCs, close the Empire State Bldg, stop all the airliners, check for guns, knives and SHOE BOMBS too!
It was priceless, funny and Dashole saw how easy it is to mock his brilliant hindsight after the fact!

I turned on the TV and there was Daschle. Everyone in the family leaped for the remote at the same time and we nearly had a mass-head-banger.
I saved the day by turning the set off by puilling the plug.
There needs to be government warnings on Sunday talk shows.
ROTFLOL! ;-D

LOL - I'm still laughing at the visual of all of you dashing (pun intended) for the remote at the same time. I clicked on ~ saw the disgusting little obstructionist ~ clicked off.
This thread is the first place I go on Sunday mornings. Then I seldom have to watch any of the programs. I will watch for the replay of Dr. Rice, though.

I can't bring myself to watch when she and her fellow dork is on...what a pair of dummies.
To: Right_in_Virginia
Bingo! Russert gives Tommy a zinger with the NY Times cartoon parody! Anyone have a link that we can post?
To: Alas Babylon!
Thanks for your Sunday morning work every week. I'm on the left coast so I can check in with you before I turn the TV on but this morning I hit the remote first. Timmy/Tommy love fest - no way to greet the day. It is sure taking little TomTom a long time to learn how not to put his foot in his mouth. He didn't bring the Bush popularity poll figure down last week, and I hope the backlash is even stronger this time.

I think they have her on there as much to attract male viewers as anything else. Is she the one who has the nice legs and always wears those heels?
