I forced myself to watch it too and it was great....something tells me the Russert doesn't like Daschole much because he didn't get the "hitlary" treatment at all!

He turned BEAT RED with embarressment over the political cartoon Russert sprung on him depicting TOMMY Dashole as president in Aug 2001 and how he would've "KNOWN" exactly what to do, close the WTCs, close the Empire State Bldg, stop all the airliners, check for guns,knives and SHOE BOMBS too!

It was priceless, funny and Dashole saw how easy it is to mock his brilliant hindsight after the fact!

In response to a Washington Post article castigating Daschle for his support of the just-passed pork barrel farm bill, tiny Tom states he is "amazed" at the poor reporting, and tries to defend it by giving some examples of reform while ignoring the larger problems with big subsidies and price supports.
