Anything that reduces smoking is in the state's best interests.

In the STATE'S BEST INTEREST! ahhhh shades of Germany past, I must say!

Getting more money from cigarettes and slot machines would allow the state to restore or continue some programs in education and child welfare that are priorities in good times.

"ell yes. Make the smokers pay for EVERYTHING!

However, you don't WANT smokers, so doesn't this seem a bit unfair??!!

OK-OK......Let's get serious.

Taxes....All the pol's want more taxes.

Here's a simple solution......Make all drugs legal and tax the hell out of them.

The users will stay high and won't give a damn.

Now criminalize all tobacco products and declare a "war on tobacco".

This way tobacco smokers will have the same freedom "reefer" smokers have now, which is a lot more than they have today!
