Sure is sticky, which is because we're allowd to discuss things, which is an anethema toleft-wing sites, all the schools, all the universities, and many churches.

There's fair warning on the home page.
Most of the visitors to the Free Republic web site are attracted to our very popular (and, warning: addictive) conservative forum .....

We're a sick bunchWhen I first saw the headline, I thought it said "Sickest", then I saw "New York Times" and I was sure!

I thought I was stuck on Emril Live!

Per day. We're a sick bunch. OR, with the surfeit of DSL, etc., more people are turning to FR and leaving their browsers there, then going away and coming back ... I wonder if this poll was for actual use of the different sites, or time spent with the browser window open?

You are getting old girl!
I checked you out!

No "liberal" sites? Who do you think goes to places like Pogo.com and Bingo.com? It's people who don't want to put out the effort to do something productive in life. It's people who believe this is the only way they will get ahead is to win the lottery. These are the people who keep voting for the Clintons and Gores.

Thanks Jim. Time well spent.

Jim, I probably leave the pc connected through to FR.com at least 12 hours a day. Why? Because when I hear something on Fox News and want more information I just do a quick search and I have the latest that is being continually updated in depth.
Many thanks to you and John, my friend.

Beat me to it. Somebody isn't taking my time into account if the numbers are this low--dang firewalls. Between work and home, I easily top 8 hrs most days. You know, of course, that since we have admitted this, we're going to get our very own, personal pings from BadJoe at Freepathon time. :-)

We are all addicts!
I hate when my everyday life interfers with my time on Free Republic.
