Bet one is Adam Shapiro, who went in once before. Arafat is safer firht where he is than most anywhere on earth! If the IDF had wanted him dead, he's already be in the ground! They don't want him as a martyr to the cause, and being in the compound probably keeps him safe from some of the more radical elements of Islam who would want him to be just that.
