No, this is awful!
I don't know where anything is anymore!
Where are the sidebars?
I used to go straight to them
to find out
what was going on.

I like the left column flag graphic background--on a static page.
But, it creates a dizzying effect and is very distracting when scrolling fast on a non-static page.

Well no one has asked the Obvious question yet...
So here goes...
Am I logged in?

man this is terrible. Not everyone has all day to sit around and read each thread. The reason I visited FR, was to see the different articles in the breaking news section. Most of the threads on FR I have no interest in, it will be impossible to try to stay on top of breaking news on this site... very disapointing, a lot like New Coke.

Someone make it stop.

Am I logged in? I can't tell, but if you scroll down at just the right speed, you can see a cheese-eating moose in the American Flag!

find "topics" at the top; scroll down to the topic you want (breaking news and lots others); click; it will say you're not subscribed; look over on the left bar--in small print it has a link to subscribe; hit it, and badda-bing. I don't see a subscribe link anywhere.

This is great. It'll drive the disruptors nuts........

"I don't see a subscribe link anywhere." Read All of Left hand column after you choose a topic (like Breaking News) it works!

Major Bug Alert!!!!!
Now I've got the slow scrolling bug in Internet Explorer 6. Do I now need to upgrade my computer (AMD 400) so I can view this site properly?
Please change it back!!

Sigh...I do appreciate all the work that has gone into this, but I'm a trog. I liked the older format better. And more caffeine is definitely required.

My neighbor once had a 1956 Corvette.
Someone convinced him in 1985 to "trade up" for a new, improved one.

Give me a break, it was a donation. You need to buy shares. If every poster wants a say on how this forum is run it will be out of business tomorrow.
